makan masa anak 1 & 3...anak ke2 tak makan tu yg leh tgk perbezaannya...
makan skali dgn teh herbanika....tapi masa pantang tu je le..cukup 60 hari semua pil & teh habis.. |

dh habis pantang i masih consume NR,phytonatal and air akar tu,selain utk membantu menurunkan berat,utk kesihatan dalaman pun ye..mmg rasa sihat dan x letih,senang nak buat kerja,uruskan keluarga..kalau dulu i sll letih,penat semacam,disamping tu i ambil supplement juga.. |

bb da pun 15months, stil bf tho da campur with fm...
n da mkn solid food...
tp x nampak lg ciri2 berat nk turun
d tambah dgn faktor usia..
kadar metabolism yg da slo...
