Dlu gigih mcm nk buat sgt,ye2 suami beli beras..last2 ke laot nk buat aer katirala, siap bebel2 ni suami x beli brg.pnya nk tjuk Kita syg nk ikhlas nk buat ni.dua kali puasa pon..haramm nmpk byg aer katira.hahahaha "idop2 aku kena tipu" suami ckp..say gelak je la..soh beli ptai nk buat smbal petai.dri hijau smpi kering hitam petai atas rak.nan hadoooo! Nanges suami sya sebelah petai asek kena troll..hahaha

Tu time awal2 kawen laa..da lma2 bley la msak mna yg dia teragak..

My lunch nasi dagang my mom


i pun baru masak nasi dagang for lunch semalam...  ilangkan teringin sbb dah susah nak cross region balik ganu

Nasi dagang tu i tanak je dlm mini pressure cooker.. masukkan santan kotak and sesudu besar xtra virgin coconut oil, campak sesudu kecil halba, hirisan bawang merah & halia.. sedikit garam and gula utk tambah lemak nasi tu... result nasi tu kelihatan sama je dengan kukus 3X cara tradisional tu.. kukus masak, kukus santan pekat, kukus air sejuk...

Hahaha dlu2 husb lagi pandai masak.. lama2 kite pun nk tunjuk gak kite terer masak.. sbb husb suka mkn lauk pauk mak kite.. so try2 lama2 ok la.. ada benda yg kite terer.. tp ada benda yg kite serahkan kat dia utk msk.. mcm asam pedas.. sbb husb punya still kite xleh nak beat..so kite serahkan pd yg pakar jela.. kite msk2 benda yg dia xreti.. hihi

Wah terernya masak sendiri.. I still x belajar from my mom.. I hantar ikan tongkol sambil buat muka kesian.. so today, my sis hantarkan nasi dagang yg dah siap.. hihi licik!

Senang sebenarnya gulai ikan tongkol tu.. biasa beli sekor dua terus potong kecik2... balik rumah je terus basuh and rebus ikan tu dgn asam keping 5-6 & garam... masukkan dalam bekas plastic kecik2 as per serving la... senang nak defrost bila nak masak... i biasa buat 3 ketul ikan je skali masak... i balik kg ritu beli siap2 rempah cap bunga rose utk gulai ikan & gulai ayam/kambing...

I blend je bawang, garlic, kunyit, lengkuas halia.. tumis rempah 4 sekawan, campak cili boh blend, barang blend tadi.. lepas naik bau, masuk sebungkus rempah.... pastu kecik api jap, rempah masak je bleh campak 1 keping asam jawa, tambah air dan santan, masukkan gula nise, gula putih sikit & garam... once menggelegak, masukkan ikan tongkol rebus tu.... then masukkan cilipadi hijau yg dah buang tangkai, or belimbing buluh kalo ada (jgn potong, campak je sebiji2)...  gulai ikan is done


Gulai ikan tongkol ni husband i suka makan dengan roti canai... so i buat kuah tu lebih la sikit, utk cicah roti canai during breakfast esok nya... anak i pun suka gulai ni banding kari dia ckp pedas... gulai rempah rose ni tak pedas bagi dia... kalo kari allagappas babbas tu dia suka tp pedas bergelen air dia kena tonggang

I xsure my mom guna rempah ros ke x.. rasanya sama.. sbb dia akan restock bila balik sana.. ni gulai dia td.. sama mcm u ckp..ada ciliapi, ada belimbing buluh.. n dia pun rebus dlu ikan aye tu dgn asam keping n garam.. tp istilah dia sebut, dia kukus ikan aye tu.. hihi

Thanks for the recipe.. @Kak-Leen pernah tnya mcmana masak..but I have no idea sbb mmg xpernah masak sendiri.. so kak leen boleh tgk cara green tea.. boleh byg dah aroma dia.. bila mkn bau melekat kt tgn.. hihi

husband i orang melaka.. dia suka gila asam pedas melaka ex MIL dia buat duk puji2 and dia mintak i masakkan utk dia cari lee resipi pure melaka... so i googled che nom punya resipi and gigih buat ikut tips2.. segala mala daun u name it, semua i campak masuk.. end up walaaaaahhh husband i ckp asam pedas i buat is better than exMIL and mak dia buat.. so okay that che nom's recipe is definitely a keeper!!!!

husband i tu totok asam pedas melaka.. segala daun utk masak asam pedas semua dia tanam.. bunga kantan, daun kesum, daun limau purut, serai semua dah tanam kat kebun ni.. satu lagi cili padi, daun kunyit, daun maman.. itu pun wajib sbb mak dia melaka yang cakap bahasa negeri 9...

haaa.. biasa harini masak gulai ikan tongkol, besok tu tambah laa sedap gulai tu lebih mesraaaaaa.. entah tak reti nak cakap..

rempah ros tu i suka balik beli sebungkus RM10 je (ada 24 peket dalam tu)... so i beli 2 bungkus.. 1 gulai ayam, 1 rempah gulai ayam/kambing...

sometimes i teringin nak makan nasi berlauk ala kelate, i pakai rempah gulai ayam/kambning cap rose tu.. sukkaaa.. sbb aroma dia tu mmg rasa cam dah balik duduk kampung, gitu lee ibarat nya

Eh.. mcm lebih kurang je kita.. haha sbb my husb pun melaka border n9.. lahir pun kat hosp tampin so asam pedas dia I malas nak challenge sbb bila I masak ada je itu ini.. I cuma boleh eksyen dgn resepi yg dia xtau masak.. hihi

kannnnn mcm lebih kurang... ore pata timo kawen ngn orang melake... ayah i anak mami penang.. so kekecik asik la kari kari kari kari.. nenek i siap giling rempah sendiri.. eh nyampah i rasa cam buruh kanak2 je kena giling rempah tiap hujung minggu hahahaha nenek i siap duk ganu sampai i skolah menengah sbb sheols excited i cucu pompuan the one and onlayyyy... lepas i masuk skolah rendah tu baru dpt cousin pompuan tu pun dua orang je.. kazen laki bersepah so perhatian kat diorang tu kurang lah.. ehhehe rindu my nenek

susah kan nak dapat belimbing buluh ni sini

now i am terliur dengan jeringggggg.. i nak rebus and masak samball tumis.. jering ni i suka sbb dia crunchyyyy and tak busuk bila rebus & buat masak....

masa zaman i kekecik dulu, kat kampung i, orang makan jering rebus cicah kelapa parut... bnuat minum petang2 dgn kopi panas...
