Tonight, my friend ajak dinner, so I buat dessert from kraftfoods.com. It is Striped Delight. No need to bake, just put in the fridge few hours or overnight.

I ada jumpa satu french recipe, guna fromage blanc (white cheese??) basically cheese yang belum menjadi lai. So maybe I akan cuba recipe ni kot. Ni tengah projek mendietkan diri so mungkin kena tunggu seminggu lagi kot. Jauh sangat nak menfedexkan cheese tu Hiro, sampai sini nani dah basi pulak nanti..Thank you anyway.

eh malam tadi pun I browsed Kraftfoods.com. Tengok macam mana diorang buat swirl cheesecake. Nampak simple when you are pro..Kejap lagi I nak pergi tengok for this Striped Delight

Rajin betul you buat kek ni dan cantik pulak tu cara you hias. I sejak diet ni tak kuasa nak buat benda ni semua, though I really need to do it for my hb punya breakfast. You, Plat dengan Mallan memang rajin habis.

I sebenarnya nak tanya sesuatu. Remember last time you tunjukkan your dishes cooking wiith electric pressure cooker? Kat mana nak cari resepi masak beef pot roast guna pressure cooker? Any other dishes (kalau boleh masakan melayu) yang boleh dimasak using pressure cooker? I baru aje beli electric pressure cooker last Saturday and I'm soooooo lazy to look at older posts. *forgive me for my laziness*

Hi NHuser, I am doing fine. Ye lah, lama tak borak .

Dalam pressure cooker tu boleh masak all kind (except kekacang yang dia mention dalam buku)..takut meletup lak kacang tu.

Asalkan ada liquid, boleh ler guna pressure cooker. Ni salah satu resepi yang I guna dari www.allrecipes.com. Here is the link:

Tapi I ni suka modified recipe...I tak guna brown gravy, I tukar ke union soup powder...baru kick. Letak gula dalam sesudu dua .

Jangan takut campak benda2 dalam tu, such as veges, bawang besar (sweet onion), carrots and celery.

Kalau nak tau, Hiro masak lemak cili api, rendang and few others dalam tu...good thing, santan pun boleh masak dalam electrric pressure cooker. But make sure ikut arahan sebelum bukak tudung...RELEASE the pressure first okay. Then lepas dah bukak, put it on 'brown' or 'warm' until the gravy kurang sikit....kacau la few times.

You punya pressure cooker ada button 'browning' or 'warm' tak?

Hiro, I have the pressure cooker next to me ..hmm..button browning or warm...Ada! Hiro, my electric pc ada button "brown", "warm", "steam", "slow cook", "delay button" etc....I belum baca lagi the guide book sebenarnya on how to use this pc

Hiro, kasilah tips masak rendang, masak lemak cili api etc dalam pc...my hubby already knows how to cook pot roast and other western food using the pc...I nak try masak Malaysian food (esp. rendang) using pc pulak. Masih ingat you cakap, kalau guna pc (esp. electric ones) tak payah masak berjam for rendang. Time is very precious man! I nak makan lauk sedap but cut the cooking time in half

On Sunday I masak2 sebab ada buat makan2 skit kat rumah. Antaranya ialah bruschetta for starter. Ni my hb punya favourite...so simple...

Sedap2 makanan kat gambar tu.

I pulak tgh malas nak masak.

Last week I buat apam mekar as a snack utk my anak2 sementara menunggu kelas swimming.


Semalam lak buat bubur cha cha taruk pisang, butternut pumpkin dan keledek. Masak seperiuk kecik, tapi yg makan I sorang.

Mallan & Plat masuk sini terus tunjuk makanan yang sdap-sedap. Sekarang ni I tengah dilanda penyaki M. Memang malas sesangat, untuk hb pun masakkan vege soup aje, though he don't mind tapi kesian jugak. Ni dah janji dengan dia nak buak kek pisang and walnut. Malam ni for dinner pulak I dah cakap nak buat barracuda in papillote with veges. Tengoklah menjadi ke tak

I pun tgh malas ni. Tapi terpaksa gak masak sbb nak bagi laki ngan anak2 makan. I tghari mmg tak makan pun. Walaupun masak hari2, masak cincai2 je. Tu sbb tak bergambar.

Banyakkkkkkkk gambar!! -- aku ni sekarang sokmo dok kat board Parenting ...sabar nar dgn credits utk gambar gambar.

Sekarang ni saya HANYA suka makan makan makan tapi tak suka masak masak .. petang semalam buat lagi kuih beronok/sagu yang Pengiran Mallan ajar hari tu ..sebab senang & simple. THis time aku tak kira buat warna pink ala ala merah gitu.

It磗 so rich , you only need to eat one slice.   
Using 12 eggs and only a cup of flour. 3/4 Ib of butter.



Steamed choc cake yg agak comot.

Plat...oh Plat....lagu mana hang buat pastry kat atas tu? From scratch ka? Tolong la bagi recipe. I suka buat chicken pot pie...tapi pastry tak reti buat, I guna roti canai segera...jadik jugak and sedap. Tapi kalau boleh nak la resepi pastry yang cun tu...pls.
