N..tips dia, on your brown button, masak macam masak kat kuali, panaskan minyak and tumis apa2 yang patut.

Lepas tu 'kecutkan' ayam atau daging for few minutes, only kecutkan, jangan sampai masak lak.

Masukkan santan dan other perencah. Tutup dan lock your pressure cooker. Change the setting from brown to 'pressure'. Kalau hang punya daging beku, letak extra 30 minutes. Kalau dah thaw, enough for 45 minutes.

Bila dah cukup masa, release the pressure, kacau...and kalau too much liquid, on the brown again, and let cook for another 10 to 15 minutes. Check from time to time takut kering la pulak kuah hang.

Kalau nak buat rendang, memang kena keringlah tapi tengok dan kacau selalu takut hangus pulak. Daging memang lembut giler!

Tu yang kekadang I malas nak masak yg pelik2 ( yg hb dan anak2 tak berapa nak makan). Berpeluh2 kita masak tapi kita sorang je yang makan....

Penyakit M ni memang tak menentu. Melanda anytime aje. Selalunya kalau betul2 malas I buatkan some nibbles untuk my hb....cheese, pickles (olive/onion/gerkin etc), meat slices (any left overs), nuts, fruits dan some water crackers. Anyway, my hb memang suka nibbles macam tu.

Macam semalam I buat chicken salad. Just 15 mins preparation and cooking. Kebetulan a few hours sebelum tu I ada tgk rancangan masak by Ainsley...easy and fast cooking. Apalagi, I pun ciplaklah the resepi untuk dinner mlm tadi.

Awak tu apa kurangnya..

Actually ramai lagi Ratu masakan kat sini tau. Cuma kita je yang tak tau bakat dia orang tu. Masing2 menyorok di sebalik tabir....

Aku ni balik balik masak benda yang sama jerrr lah Plat nak pelbagaikan mcm you ..entah bila lah.

Your food sokmo tukar tukar. Roti tu tak payah ckplah .. ,mcm mcm jenis dah you buat. Panjang pendek bulat ..semua ada.


Kpd yang menyorok belakang tabir baik pamerkan kepakaran masing masing .. leh lah aku suruh Admin gunakan gambar2 masakan korang utk jadi cover juadah puasa tahun dpn ~

I suka jugak bila hb jemput orang datang dine kat rumah. So I boleh practise masak elok2. I rasa ni semua penangan cooking channel. Especially yang berbentuk contest or competition. Semuanya nak kena buat cepat2 and at the same time mesti perfect. Tapi I masak tak la perfect sebab lom sama taraf macam chef. I ni taraf home Cook aje....

Masalah I yg paling besar dalam bab masak ni ialah menu. Fenin kepala fikir apa yg nak dimasak. Padahal resepi melambak2 tapi tah kenapa rasa macam tak ada yg sesuai dgn citarasa semasa.

Pastu nak kena fikir makanan yg sesuai untuk seisi keluarga. Kalau ikut tekak I je memanglah enteng....

I think bila anak2 you dah besar skit nanti mungkin you akan masak varieties. Kena ada demand baru ada supply. Kalau tak nanti penat2 masak tapi tak ada yg nak makan.

I tak rajin nak buat pastry from scratch sebab takut tangan pun scratch sama.....

I guna instant puff pastry aje. Potong bulat, slightly bigger than the ramekin/dish. Pastu sapu cold water around the edge of pastry and top in on the ramekin. Brush dengan eggwash. Bakar 180 degree C for 20 minutes.





p/s.....jgn taruk soup penuh sangat sebab nanti bila panas dia membuak keluar. Fill in about 2/3 of dish.
