kena tengok penyata bulanan gak bila tarikhnya ... contoh kalau tarikh penyata (statement date) jatuh pada tiap 1hb .... selepas 20 hari tempoh tanpa faedah, maka setiap 21hb dah mula dikenakan faedah, kalau hanya bayar minimum sepanjang tempoh 20 hari tu ... (1-20hb) |

Citi never sleep naikkan credit limit aku kepada almost double .Makin sedap laa nak shopping lepas nie.. he he
baru aku teringat nak submit slip gaji yang terkini diorg dah naikkan credit limit |

di sebabkan dah lame x gune, plus ade gomen caj rm50, last nov adekpino terminate cc UOB...so kad tu bank da potong kt counter...
dlm bulan dec. akak bgtawu adekpino ade letter smpi dr UOB (adres bil CC umah die kt KL), enclose new card utk ganti kad lame yg katenyer dah expired..tp sbb dah terminate kad lame, patutnyer kad tu xde effect la..plus adekpino x pnah ektivet pon kad tu..so adekpino x amek pusing la psl letter tu, leter tu pon tah akak ade simpan lagi ke tak...
tetibe br last week, dtg letter dr UOB, send bill utk kad br ngan no akaun br...die caj RM50 gomen caj...
ape pendapat uolsss?..
1. adekah kad CC br dgn akaun br yg gantikan kad lame effektif kalu kad lame dah expired/terminated?
2. adekah kad br kene aktivate mcm kene activate kad lame memule dulu?
3. patut ke adekpino g maki bank esok?...ke cukop send notice via emel jah?..dah la nk g branch tedekat UOB dr tempat keje skangni dlm 80km...sape nk baya duit petrol keter?..abah president UOB ke?...:@ |

dalam kes ini....sy rs kad yg sampai tu merupakan kad renew kan....so cc akaun dah tentu sama...takder beza..unless kalau buat kad baru ( tp apa ke jadahnya nyer kan nak buat kad baru kalau kita mmg nak terminate kad yg sedia ada ).....pendapat aku ( dan pengalaman aku )....tak perlu bayar....tp kene bgtahu kat pihak UOB.....kalau depa suh bayar jugak dan takmo tolak ansur....gunakan skil maki hamun tahap dewa ahkak pinoe... |

jompe CSO, amoi tu masam jah, tawu la kene keje time ramai cine laen dah cuti raya...pastu die kol centre uob121, pastu passing tepon kt iolss utk cakap ngan officer dept. hape tah...
kesahnye, die cek ekaun br tu, tu akaun kad replacement utk renewal sbb kad lame dah expired...kad baru smpi ke billing edress dlm bulan 11/2010 (kt KL, iolss dah lame tinggalkan KL), sbulan pastu br iolss terminate kad lame...
iolss telupe nk maki tanye pesal ekaun br bley active even iolss x activate kad br tu...tp solutionnyer, die komfem utk cancel kad br tu, dan x perlu baya apa2 caj/govt service tax...
die ade tanye pesal x tuka billing edres kalu dah x keje kt KL...sempena raya cina, iolss simpan makian, padehal iolss dah isi form tuka billing edres mase 2008 kt branch shah alam...haram smpi skang stil bill smpi ke edres lame...:@ |

200 yang ko bayar tuh untuk statement date semasa kan i.e 10hb ...
ko bayar pada 9hb ... kendian buat transaksi pulak selepasa due date .. 11hb
so kalau cenggini yg berlaku maka xde sebarang faedah / caj dikenakan ... itupun tertakluk yg 200 ko bayar tuh adalah amaun penuh ... kalau minimum .... kena caj ler gamaknya |

baru td dapat call dari maybank, diorang tawarkan maybank 2 gold card tu.. hehehe.. rupanya walaupun ada dua kad, bayar gov tax utk 1 kad je (rm50) eh? setuju ajelah..
x teringat pulak apply kad kredit cimb 2 minggu lepas. setengah jam lepas confirmkan kad maybank tu, cimb pulak call ckp kad kredit dah diluluskan...
hampeh, x pasal2 terpakai kad banyak2 pulak nanti, kena bayar gov tax lagi.. kalau kad maybank tu lulus gak laa.. |
