Semalam I buat Blueberry Cheese Tart dan Mini Cottage Pie. I guna instant shortcrust pastry. Gambar pies belum upload lagi.

Dulu I selalu guna fresh yeast untuk buat roti. Selalunya i akan hancurkan dalam air sikit (macam dry yeast jugak) lepas tu bila dah ada foam kat atas tu baru campurkan dengan the rest of the ingredients. My mom dulu pun buat macam ni jugak.

Yummyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy...adoi la Plat...lepas BBQ gathering for donation semalam, badan I penat giler....so this weekend memang malas nak bake...but I would like to try your come lote Cheese Tart. Thanks for the great idea of showing me how to make the cup. My friend la rajin beli ready made fillo cup, tapi mahal la kot (frozen). Yours n lebih economy and dapat banyak cup dia.

Ler senang jer buat dia punya kulit tu ek .. saya dulu siap beli acuan dia sekotak! ada bentuk sampanlah, bentuk bulat lah etc etc. CAm nak buat jugak lah .. (meniru jer aku ni)

Saya dah pandai sikit nak buat nasi goreng..  ( masuk bakul angkat sendiri)

I pastikan wok dan minyak tu betul betul panas. kemuadian saya goreng bawang besar sampai golden.. sebelum masukkan pressed/minced garlic. Lepas tu masukkan sayuran bila nampak layu sikit...water is added. Bila air tu dak kering and sayur dah masak masukkan cold rice. Stir sampai sebati. lepas tu baru campurkan soya sauce.  Lepas itu.. bila nak masukkan telur( beatan eggs) nipiskan nasi di bahagian tenggah wok, pour and spread the egg over the rice, wait until the egg is half cook before stiring the rice .
