uols start kat tempat yang rata ker? cuz route iols jog neh memang kawasan bukitlah...time nak naik tu ya ampun pingsan dehh....tapi makin lama memang makin lebih la jarak iols jog dari brisk walk

kat rumah iols mmg berbukit2 sket..tapi takle hazab cam bukit dlm campus usm..
masa iols start dulu..iols jog kat tempat rata..tapi bila sampai part bukit iols brisk walk..gila ngelat
turun bukit iols lari balik..try ar wat cenggitu..
tak pun uols wat the other way around..brisk walk..then masa bukit uols lari..tak kesah la mana2..
yg penting both ways tu lebey baik dari tido ptg2 cam abe rob

yess!!! makin semangat la neh...koserr la iols pun dah tambah siggy bawah tu

kalo makin advance nanti probably jog sampai atas sekali tuh...malu taww ngan certain old couples yang gigih tiap hari sampai kat atas bukit tuh

nyah, mmg cam makcik2..coz makcik2, uncle2 segala kat area umah iols slalu sajork bawak payung, kayu just in case nak halau hanjeng segala

tapi abe ada mention,kalo la heols nak ceburi dunia modeling lagi
heols nak balik sabah workout giler2 for 3 months untuk dapatkan balik body chantek
hala abe rob,takyah la tunggu time tu...buat jer sekarang menjelang release album kann??

tu la pasal..tak semestinya jadi model sajork harus workout giler2..
ape salahnya jadi entertainer yg body mantap ala2 male model..harus ramai yg merembes
in case he's not aware, looking good pun sepatutnya part of his job skang.. takkan la jadi artis nak serabai sajork
