My anak lelaki, umur 16 tahun, tahun ni SPM, baru2 ni pergi klinik kesihatan & disahkan D&A teruk, ...
Mmg slalunye ambik masa berbulan2 jgk utk jumpe Psychiatrist, psychotherapist.
For me i pegi ppum. Skali jumpe RM5/10. Tp skrg dah ade kad oku so jkm tanggung.
I x pasti utk hos swasta pulak mcm mana. Tp for me ambik masa lame skit nk diagnose utk inattentive ADHD. Yg D&A tu 2,3 session dah diagnose.
Maybe kalau nk cepat bleh la try private. Usually xyah tunggu lama. Kat gov ni kadang nk bual2 dgn psychiatrist pun kena cepat sbb patients ramai.
I pun actually sejak skolah dah ade semua ni. Cume zaman i parents cikgu2 xde awareness psl mental illness. Tu yg dah 3 series baru la jumpe Dr. Better la your son get ASAP treatment. Mmg pyh nk hadap D&A ni zaman remaja.
Keep your chin up, this too shall pass.
A million miles away
Your signal in the distance
To whom it may concern
I think I lost my way
Gettin' good at startin' over
Every time that I return
I'm learnin' to walk again
I believe I've waited long enough
Where do I begin?
I'm learnin' to talk again
Can't you see I've waited long enough?
Where do I begin?
Do you remember the days
We built these paper mountains
Then sat and watched them burn?
I think I found my place
Can't you feel it growin' stronger?
Little conquerors
I'm learnin' to walk again
I believe I've waited long enough
Where do I begin?
I'm learnin' to talk again
I believe I've waited long enough
Where do I begin?
Now
For the very first time
Don't you pay no mind
Set me free again
To keep alive a moment at a time
But still inside a whisper to a riot
To sacrifice but knowin' to survive
The first to climb another state of mind
I'm on my knees, I'm prayin' for a sign
Forever, whenever, I never want to die
I never want to die, I never want to die
I'm on my knees, I never want to die
I'm dancin' on my grave, I'm runnin' through the fire
Forever, whenever, I never want to die
I never want to leave, I never say goodbye
Forever, whenever, forever, whenever
I'm learnin' to walk again
I believe I've waited long enough
Where do I begin?
I'm learnin' to talk again
Can't you see I've waited long enough?
Where do I begin?
I'm learnin' to walk again
I believe I've waited long enough
I'm learnin' to talk again
Can't you see I've waited long enough?

Wolves in folklore, religion and mythology
The wolf is a common motif in the foundational mythologies and cosmologies of peoples throughout Eurasia and North America (corresponding to the historical extent of the habitat of the gray wolf).
The obvious attribute of the wolf is its nature of a predator, and correspondingly it is strongly associated with danger and destruction, making it the symbol of the warrior on one hand, and that of the devil on the other.
The modern trope of the Big Bad Wolf is a development of this. The wolf holds great importance in the cultures and religions of the nomadic peoples, both of the Eurasian steppe and North American Plains.
Wolves were sometimes associated with witchcraft in both northern European and some Native American cultures: in Norse folklore, the vlva (witch) Hyndla and the giantess Hyrrokin are both portrayed as using wolves as mounts, while in Navajo culture, wolves were feared as witches in wolf's clothing.[1] Similarly, the Tsilhqot'in believed that contact with wolves could cause mental illness and death.[2]

Yaa u. Good luck tau. Tp kalau x nk ruin your childhood x pyh research kot hahaha..
AURYN is represented by two snakes, one light and one dark who form an oval by biting each other's tail. It is inscribed with the words “Do What You Wish”. It is canonically unclear whether AURYN had this inscription when it was in Atreyu's possession.
"Do What You Wish"???? This is so Aleister Crowley
Lagu ni ai dengar utk naikkan semangat berjogging dan turun naik tangga rumah - bg kurang rasa DA. Bak kata pengomen kat YT, tgh cuci pinggan pun terasa spt dlm filem Marvel
Ai tak kesah. Rasa curious pulak... Coba tengok dgn minda terbuka gituhh Teringat Aleister Crowley pernah berkata, sepanjang gaya hidup 'jahat' dia, satu2nya org yg dia kenal lebih evil adalah Ron L Hubbard, Scientology founder.

U terkesan dgn lagu2 yg menaikkan semangat. Kalau for me pulak i suke tgk anything that can make me laugh. That helps a lot to cheer up my mood. Skrg suke tgk Lilly Singh's Late Night Show. Her vlogs pun lawak. Jimmy Fallon pun a must for me.
