Aku bagi cadangan.. Angpa masak dulu pulut dgn santan separuh masak pulut tu.. Lps tu boh atas daun pisang dan buat bagi jadi bulat/panjang mcm buluh tu.. Dan Bakar atas api.

Guna kaedah sama dgn ketupat palas.. Cuma ketupas palas org kedah sama ada kukuh atau rebus

Jadi aku patut bersyukurla kan masih dapat makan lemang buluh minggu lepas
Sedap pulak tu
Semenjak hijrah kat Selangor ni aku boleh katakan lemang tersedap aku pernah makan kat sini
Kalau yg ada lalu Jelebu nampak kedai lemang sila beli sbtg RM 10 sedap sgt
Yg komuniti apartment aku jual katanya dari putrajaya sedap gak

Sdp ke lemang adabi tu..mula2 keluar ade jiran bg aku rasa santan nye ade bau2 santan serbuk mcm bau2 vanilla..dh rasa kuih x rasa lemang..lps tu langsung x nk cuba dah..kat sini ramai pulak yg ckp sdp..mgkin a0badi dh perbaiki resepi kot

Kan. Kata Al ni bahaya, ya betul tapi dalam tanah banyak Al. Kalau pH tanah berasid penuh Al ni dalam akar pokok
Cuma Al dissolved dalam makanan tu perlu beri penjelasan saintifik dia supaya difahami.
Pasal masak benda masam dalam periuk steel, tak selamat juga ya. Biasa iols buat pickled eggs masak brine water tu dgn garam dan cuka guna stainless steel pot

Ye buat untuk family aje pun. Pulut takpakai air banyak boleh kukus je. Kendian baru gaul santan
Tanak dlm rice cooker kan senang, takyah kukus pun. Tahun ni raya paling jimat rasanya
