nak update sikit-
lepas berpaling tadah pd cetaphill dulu.. try neostrta.. muka mayyo jd teruk sikit..beruam.
balik kepada cetaphil.. dah dekat seminggu.. muka dah ok balik... thanxs cetaphill.. janji taknak berpaling tadah lg.. |

chem pakai yg gentle cleanser kan?... samalah dgn mayyo.. cuba amik botol dia.. & baca kat belakang..
kat situ dia ada ajar 2 cara pakai cetaphil..boleh pilih mana nak..
1st- with water... mcm biasa... massage & bilas..
2nd- without water... calit2... & finally just wipe dgn cotton jer...
so.. mayyo buat dedua.. pagi cuci & bilas.. pastuh masa nak make up.. mayo calit sikit.. sikit jer.. buat mcm moisturizer lah..
tak payah beli moisturizer dia..(cetaphil pun ada moisturizer) so save duit! :lol |

chem ada baca kat belakang botol yg dia boleh guna 2 cara..satu bilas mcm biasa..yg lagi satu tu bukan ke kena mcm lap dgn kain..pastu dia akan tinggalkan satu thin film utk moisturizer..

tommy pun dh pakai cetaphil utk oily skin.. mmg best... smpi tghari alhamdullilah taklah berminyak... cuma tgh nak cari moisturizer dia... kat mana yer... tommy carik kat farmasi yg sama takder plak... ader jual utk dry skin ajer... so, ader sesapa leh kasik tau kat mana... |

yg dlm kotak tu,yg dlm tiub tu clenaser dia,tu utk oily skin/combination..
yg dlm botol putih pelekat biru tu,gentle cleanser..tu utk sensitive skin |
