kepada jackie nak tanye ckit... ade ke petua atau training tips utk kuatkan stamina bila berlari.
sebabnye aku ni kuat pancit, selalu aku jogging trek 400m dlm 4-5 round aje pastu pewai. aku tgk ade pakcik yg tua lagi dari aku bleh lari dlm 20 round lebih steady aje. aku mmg lari tiap2 ari tapi kadar pertambahan stamina aku terlalu lambat.
aku penah dgr tentera punye tips, caranye minum kicap masin segelas sekali teguk jgn muntah. amalkan dalam seminggu pastu 10km cam 1km je. ini mmg betul sbb kawan aku sendiri masuk tudm die paling kuat pancit, pastu jurulatih die suh minum kicap dan hasilnye mmg positif. tapi aku mmg xsanggup nak try..... |

salah 1 cara, buat hi-low intensity training bila joging. 1 minit laju, 1 minit slow. masa boleh diubah.
x pernah dgr plak pasal kicap tu. psychology effect saja kut. |

I have checked on the site.. mmg interesting.
I also read about aerobics. Dalam article tu, it says that, aerobics is best done in the morning or after a session of weight training for those yang nak burn fat...
Well, I want to burn fat - dah bertepek2 merata2 on my body nih hihihihi... the thing is.. aerobics class tu pada waktu malam (8.30 - 9.30)
and kebetulan pulak I would do weight training sket before aerobics sbb I rasa aerobics lebih best after the weight training. and i didnt know it then that it was a good method.
dalam article tu, weight training mestilah ambil masa 20-30 mins before our body would start burning fat. the thing is.. gym tu buka lambat.. and i usually have about 5 or 10 mins top untuk buat weight training, kira tak cukup la..
So Jackie, ada advice tak? Macamana i nak buat this aerobics a fat burning experience?

THis is the first aerobics class - I joined since March kot. Tak ingat. Tapi mmg nampak perbezaan positif.. I become more energetic and active.
I do pilates on my own occasionally and used to do dumbell exercise too - tapi since dah join aerobics dah jadik jarang buat those two. |

nak ilangkan lemak..
macam maner erk nak ilangkan lemak2 ni? yang banyaknye kat bahagian perut, paha..nak turunkan berat badan juga..betul ker orang kata kalau kita jog+gi gim memang bleh turun berat badan, tapi kalo kita slow dari buat benda2 tu badan kita akan naik mendadak, yeke? ada tak cara yang berkesan dan cepat nak atasi masalah ini tanpa guna ubt2? |

senaman di waktu pagi ni ada pro contra gak, best fat burning ialah aerobic time pagi ngan perut kosong, tp jika terlalu lama perut kosong, bdn akan craving n akan burn muscle as fuel. ada research baru mengatakan time paling baik utk build strenght ialah time matahari terik kat atas. training time tu dpt increase strenght lebih dari masa biasa.
tp kalau x dpt elak, terpaksa workout time malam, teruskan, daripada x workout. boleh start ngan weight training n finish ngan aerobic, or combination. buat variasi dlm training. jgn strict ngan 1 program |

tu org kata, actually u must understand why u gain back, actually bila u workout, u build certain amount of muscle, muscle need more calorie to sustain, so u tend to eat more. bila stop workout, selera makan tu x kurang, so u eat same amount cam u workout. then extra calori tu akan disimpan sebagai lemak |

i would say treadmill better. tp kalau ada choice lg, stairs climbing lg ok. |

januari 2005 berat saya 132.5kg,tinggi 176cm
selepas tahan lapas dan sedikit bersenam mengubah cara pemakanan iaitu kurang pengambilan karbo dan lebih protein,,berat 90kg pada mei 2005.
selepas itu saya malas untuk disiplin dan kini berat saya 115kg,walhal cara lama yang saya buat tidak berkesan.
Kenapa tidak berkesan?
APAkah cara yg terbaik utk saya? |

sejam macamana u boleh jadi malas selepas berat u dah turun begitu banyak? I thought bila u dah turun berat tu ianya semakin menjadi perangsang pada u untuk terus menurunkan berat?U patut teruskan usaha u untuk menurunkan lagi berat u tu ok.Jangan give up!! dan usah peduli apa orang nak kata, kuatkan semangat dan I doakan semoga u terus usaha murni dan berjaya untuk menurunkan berat u itu. |

Jackie, Was just wondering for someone like me where my job requires me to sit like more than 6 hours per day, and hardly have anytme to workout, what can i do?
my body type is pear its like i notoced since i start working the fats just go to my hips and butt and thighs
its just awful
any tips and advice?
PS. any type of workout that can actually prevent my boobs size reducing? i dont want to male them shrink as i start losing

Saya jadi malas maybe lepas eksiden,urat jari kanan putus jari manis dan kelinkin,MC 6bulan duduk rumah
So now i start workinG,
I try Diet terbalik,,
Saya makan rebus 1kG Bayam,Dada Ayam rebus BuanG kulit......No Air manis,,,,
Air sebanyak munkin@akan selalu ke bilik air,Saya try start Jalan2 1round kat Tmn metropolitan kepon dalam 1 week,Dulu masa 2005 1st week saya kuranG 6-7k,2cd week 3next 3,pastu 1kG,1kG
Dulu kalau saya buat mcm ni saya kuranGkn Gula,,kuranGkn Garam,,badan saya akan peninG & lemah dalam 1@2week,,,kalau saya kejan 1mkn aram sikit,,,dulu saya start sebab putus cinta he he
saya harap semanGat kuat mcm dulu dan saya boleh turn sampai 90-75kG,,
