Wong Choon Wah & Chow Chee Keong (South China AA) in 70s
Wong Choon Wah
Widely acknowledged as one of the nation's most illustrious midfield schemers, this son of a coffee shop owner shared the pitch with Germans Uli Hoeness and Ottmar Hitzfeld in the 1972 Olympic Games in Munich and spent a season as a professional alongside Chow Chee Keong in Hong Kong.

His nickname in Hong Kong was "Asian Stainless Steel Gate (Chinese:「亞洲鋼門」meaning number 1 keeper in Asia) and "Crazy Sword" (Chinese:「神經刀 ). He was a Malaysian Chinese. In 1963, he represented the Malaysian in under-20 level as a 13 years old. Two years later, he joined the Malaysia national football team as a 15 years old. At that point, he was the youngest ever Malaysian international player. From 1966 to 1970, he was voted by Asian Football Confederation as the best goalkeeper for 5 straight times. In 1968, he came to Hong Kong with a Malaysian Chinese selection side and many Hong Kong clubs took notice of him. Two years later, he joined Hong Kong Rangers FC for three guest matches. Then, he joined Jardines (Chinese name:怡和 ) for a salary of HKD 2500 per month which was the Hong Kong record at that time. However, a year later, Jardines withdrew from Hong Kong league. So he moved to South China AA where his career started to take off. For his three seasons with South China AA, he won many trophies and personal awards. In 1974, he moved to Tung Sing. His salary was HKD 7000 per month plus housing. In 1977, he returned to South China AA. A year later, he started to play in both Hong Kong league and the Malaysian league simultaneously. In 1979, he left Hong Kong, but returned in 1981. He spent a short time again with South China AA before moving to Hong Kong Rangers FC. In 1982, he finally returned to Malaysia and played for Malaysia national football team for three years then retired from football.
He became a golfer after retiring from football. In 1991, he finally earned a coaching license. He first started to teach in Malaysia. In 1995, he moved to a golf club in Shenzhen, China. In 1997, he returned to South China AA as a golfing instructor.

Nama Hashim Mustapha tak perlu utk kito perkenalkan dalam arena bola sepak negara. Kawe mulo mengikuti perjalanan hidup beliau sebagai bintang bola sepak semenjak tahun 1987 lagi sewaktu kawe dlm darjah 3. Waktu tu beliau telah pun mewakili skuad Harimau Malaysia bersama2 dgn rakan seangkatannya seperti Salim Mahmud, Yassin Mohd Nor (Kel), Salehan Mohd Som, Nasir Yusof, Khalid Shahdan, Salleh Mohd Noor( Johor), Azizol Abu Haniffah (Per), Jelani WIlastra (PP), Ibrahim Saad ( perlis), Basrul Kharfi Abd Hadi (Pah), Radhi Mat Din, Ahmad Sobri Ismail, Hussien Jaafar( ked), Zainal Abidin Hassan, Dollah Salleh(Sel), Raimi Jamil, Nasaruddin Yassin(Ter) dan ramai lagi. Beliau pernah mewakili kelab PKINK bersama2 dgn beberapa bekas pemain Kelate dlm liga FAM.
Bersama Skuad Kelantan beliau bergandingan dgn rakan seangkatannya seperti Wan Kamaruzaman Mohamad, Yap Kam Choon, Halim Ramli (adik Hamid Ramli - xkeeper M'sia dulu )Salim Mahmud, Yassin Mohd Nor, Wan Ezila & Wan Azrani Daud, Rosli Ismail, Zamri Mohd Noor, Zahasmi Ismail ( tauke ), Zulkifli Abdullah, Zulkifli Hussien, Rosli Hussien ( bekas penolong Setiausaha Agung FAM/ ex-lect UM - kalu tok silap kawe ore panggil dio nama Pak Do - berhijrah ke KL tahun 1988 bekerja bersama Petronas time tuh), Ahmad Mohamad ( dulu ore panggil Seth ), Sidek Samsuddin, Rosli Rejab sehinggalah ke zaman era pemain seperti Zami Mohd Noor, Tuan Kamree Tuan Yahya (Pike), Rojani Hussien, Nor Mazli Awang, Nazaruddin Mohd Zain, Rozmin Musa, Halim Napi, Baharuddin Ghazali, Murhim Abdullah, Syariffudin Harun, Rashid Mohd Nor, Aziz Mustapha ( bekas cikgu dulu nih), Fauzi Soh, Azli Mahmood, Azman Ismail, dan ramai lagi.
Era tahun 1989- Liga Semi Pro mula diperkenalkan telah meletakkan nama beliau sebagai penyerang disegani. Beliau pernah beraksi dgn pemain Import yg mewakili Kelate seperti Bhoonput Praput, Vicheat Kongmark, Robby Darwis (pemain import pertahanan dr Indonesia yg terlibat dlm kontroversi kad merah oleh pengadil Hamzah Sebok dari Melaka), Marko Kraljevic, Radun Sandro ( keeper Import dr Yugoslavia), Micheal Anthony Roki ( x-player import Polis ), Dimitri Kalkanov, Praset Changmol, Anand Phansen (bintang Thailand yg beraksi dlm Sukan Asia di Hiroshima 1994), Luis Pablo Pozzuto, Christian Medrano, Mario Aberlado Gomez, V.Sundram Moorthy (1994) Riyadh Abdul Abas (1997) dan ramai lagi.
Dibawah jurulatih pula, Hashim Mustapha telah melalui banyak tunjuk ajar seperti dibawah bimbingan Mahadi Yusof, Majid Ariff ( Singapore - 1989), M.Karathu ( 1993 )Milous Kvacek ( 1994 ), Kamaruddin Mohd Noor, Mustakim Omar ( Kedah), Allahyarham Hj. Mohamad Che Su, Kelly Tham ( 1995 - Sabah) dan ramai lagi.
Seperti kata beliau, sesuatu yang dikesali sepanjang membabitkan diri dlm dunia bola sepak selama lebih 20 tahun ialah beliau tidak dapat mengucup Piala Malaysia walau pun telah mewakili negara berpuluh2 kali. Hanya Piala FA tahun 1996 semasa beraksi beraksi bersama pasukan Kedah & Piala Liga Perdana Divisyen Dua bersama pasukan Johor pada 1999 sahaja menjadi koleksi beliau.
