Yes, sport activity can determine the growth too..
Cuba lihat artistic gymnast, rata2 adalah pendek.. baik women mahupun men.. they do multiple complex tumbling, jumping and hopping in long run since small,  which can insult the growth plates, so limbs & vertebra tak akan memanjang sangat..
But look at rhythmic gymnast, they train with little tumbling.. mainly focusing on flexibility rather than complex jumping, hasilnya limb mereka tak adalah pendek2 waima join training sedari 4@5 tahun.

tak pun...kawan2 je...tp iols tak berani..ada baca boleh effect buah pinggang.

lawak pula dgn stats ni...busy la sgt org gomen putrajaya. especially kalau keje gomen opis putrajaya, duduk pun kat putrajaya drive jap je dh sampai umah xde traffic. patut lg byk masa nk menyediakan mkn minum anak dgn income gomen yg stable and gaji masuk on time sokmo tu. apa punya teori daaaaa

anyways, anak2 iols tinggi2 walaupun iols dan bapak mereka x tinggi mana. salah satu nya iols make sure mkn byk protein dan minum susu sampai umur 7thn yahhh...rumah iols lauk kena 2 sayur satu...ayam dgn ikan, atau daging dgn ikan atau ayam/daging dgn sotong/udang/ketam. nk bg makanan berkhasiat pd keluarga kena la rajin ke dapur

Jika tiada keperluan or atas recommend Dr tidak perlu ambil... Makan healthy food.. Cukup nutrients.. Cukup makan and stay active.. Rasa nya tidak perlu ambil... Those protein makanan tambahan untuk busy tiada masa... Dan yang ada masalah... Bagi pendapat i... Makan apa pun jika lebih semua akan rosak kan /tidak baik untul kesihatan... Semua perlu moderate
