uols kena ingat..tmpt tu abandon dah berkurun lamanya...so xde sape nak beli harga yg tinggi...2 b safe diorg buat ala kadar jer just 2 d sake of to let it go rather than biar jd tmpt sarang penagih...jadinya...diorg siapkan ape yg patut n jual dgn harga yg murahla compare dgn kondo lain yg dah lama kat area tu |

Balik pada topik ni, memang area PJ utara ni 'highway savvy' betoi.. terasa macam downton LA lagi bila pegi sini hehe.. zig-zagging neighbourhood.. tapi tulah, the price that the residence have to pay for having such a magnetic kick-ass mall, 1utama!! Kalau takde kelompok mall2 ni, mesti takde demand buat hiway hat situ ye tak? |

Setuju u, those people aa, should not ask for self-indulgent luxury for the sake of your props.. you choose to stay in prime area, so expect your area to be more primer la.. like more congestion, construction, skyscrapers and so on.. kalau nak kan suasana yg serene, dok kampung la BODOH PUNYA *insert race hehe*!
Takde maknanye serene neighborhood kat Klang Valley ni. Ko igt ko eksklusif sgt ke?? Beverly Hills pun tak mampoo banyak bising lak!! |
