cara paling senang, minum air limau nipis setiap kali lepas lunch.
cousin aku buat mmg berjaya ku ...
Tapi make sure perut tu tahan.. Ada org perut x tahan dgn limau nipis. Kalau x tahan, ganti dgn lemon je. |

sis serius nak tau guna cmd ni berkesan ker...dia rs mcm mana dia sekat nafsu makan ker

kadang2 cara nak kurus ni lain2..setiap org...ikut yg mana u selesa n boleh consistant..
ada kawan i kat office nak kurus diet atkins...ada yg jadi ada yg x jadi....
ada yg pergi slimming center and ikut saranan dietician tu ( ni perlu bnyk duit) - kurus..
i pulak just skip mkn nasi mlm..(kadang2)
pg breakfast - roto canai ke..sometimes nasi lemak..beehoon...roti..ikut selera tekak la.....
lunch mkn nasi/mee apa2 jek yg i nak mkn...(kurangkan fast food) klu teringin sgt baru mkn..air berkarbonate i tak minum..(ni mmg i tak suka).
mlm mmg selalu x mkn unless i tak sempat lunch i kebuluran mlm tu mkn jugak la...
kadang2 i minum ephyra, tu..sbb takut lapar..tp ni pun jarang2 i minum...klu dah lapar sgt baru teringat...hihihihi
sabtu ahad or time cuti selalunya i kemas rumah...mop lantai..cuci sawang...tukar langsir...buat segala mcm kerja rumah..sbb i tak rajin nak senaman n jogging mcm org lain...
hasilnya...dari 56kg skrg dah 48 kg.. targetnya 45 kg tinggi 151cm je...
buat consistent dlm3-4 months dah..(ni termasuk bulan puasa itu hari)..sepanjang puasa tiap2 kali berbuka mkn nasi kdag2 ada kuih sekali sekala la..bukan hari2......sahur nasi or roti or oat....

1. aku tak makan nasi.. amek lauk je...
pndpt iols la kan yg bujang jns beli je mknn and gaji pn cukup2 je..buat atkin ni mcm byk kuar kos..kalau x ambik nasi mesti nak kene makan lauk byk kan..kalau ayam sampai 2/3 ketul dh berapa..sayur lg...dinner plak lg...huhu x kenyang kalau ayam seketul dgn sayur je.. |

Nak berzumba, make sure u keep ur body posture right. Jgn pergi jalan elok je, balik terdengkot2.. ...
yela..btl tu...hr tu ajar student menari 3 minggu i sakit blkg sb tersalah bt...makan ubt utk relaxkn muscle br ok..then slaah bt squat sakit urt blkg ltt tu..sekse nk solat.. |

Of course la bagus buat senaman skali yg jenis fitkn body..jogging running tu speedkn pmbakaran le ...
laaa..serius br th...mmg x bt tu yg full exercise sll bt yg sit up squat bgai tu...mmg kene jog juga la... |

make sure warm up dgn cool up( lps exercise)..kalau nanti dah biasa senam, dah istiqamah, boleh la beli whey protein
|

but, first and foremost, ko buat yang takat ko mampu dulu..kalau masa ko sekarang boleh adjust exercise sit up etc tu sahaja,ko buat je yg tu dulu..hujung2 minggu g la jogging ke..yang penting tiap2 hari ko ada allocate masa at least 20minit utk exercise..istiqamah tu penting..buat ikut kemampuan je
