sebenarnyer aku selalu gak mencurangi diet aku..
try makan burger mcD... dah ketepikan roti bun dia tu..
tp aku ni jenis tak suka membazir..
roti tu plak mcm memanggil2 mintak dimakan..
hasilnyer.. licin daging & roti..
lps ni aku dah larang diri aku jejak kaki kat mcD 2 minggu...

day1.
Bf - telo robus 2bj
Lunch- ikan grg,ayam bkr, sayo kangkung.
Dinner- sosej 3btg, salad, mayo sesudu.

Day2
Bf - sosej 2btg, salad n mayo sesudu.
Lunch - sup daging
Petang- telo robus sbijik
Dinner - ayam goreng seketul.

Day3
Bf - telor dada, cheese skeping n salad.
Lunch - ayam grg sketul n timun
Dinner - ikan keli grg sekor.

Day4
Bf - telo hancuq n tuna separuh tin, mayo sesudu
Lunch - ayam grg sekor n sayur sawi.
Dinner - ayam bakar seketul.

nih la menu aku...
mayo, sosej kne cek btol2 nilai karb dia...
Tuna tuh amek yg in olive oil,  0carb.
dinner sblm jam7 mlm.
Tuh yg aku dok bace la, aku polo je ape yg org dh brjaya wat....huhu.
Tp snaman jgn lupe,
Aku g gym n brsahabat ngan tangga, umh ku tngkt 14
Sekian.......huhu.

aku ni kerap gak lapar semula.. tp tak tau nak makan apa..

tang lunch tu lebih kurang dgn aku..
biasanya aku lunch makan ikan kukus/goreng + sayur bayam/kangkung..
aku pernah cuba makan ayam tp cepat rasa muak...

aku nak tiru breakfast ko laaa..
biasanya aku makan telur rebus 1 biji atau pun kunyah cheddar cheese 1 - 2 keping..
tu sblm pukul 7 pagi...
dlm pukul 8 pg aku makan salad plak (1 mangkuk kecik)

hye geng2 atkins sume..hehe..hari ni da masuk hari ke 3 CC amalkan atkins.
tp xtimbang2 lg,berat asal 53.5kg..nanti lps seminggu baru timbang berat balik.
kpd sape2 yg nak buat atkins,sile la bace donlod dan khatamkan buku Dr Atkins New
Revolution spy korang xlost n dpt buat diet ni dgn betul. CC xjumpe lak link utk pdf buku tu.sorry. nanti klo jumpe CC gtau korang keyh!

pastu,klo korang rs xde idea utk menu2 tu blh rujuk kt link ni:

sebelum ni aku suka mengunyah gula2/asam2/buahan sambil buat kerja..
la ni takleh nak mengunyah perasaan aku cam huru hara sket..
kejap2 tingat kat ceklat..
kejap2 tingat kat buah2an..
kejap2 tingat gegula..
