dek kerana kerap mencurang... berat aku tak berapa nak turun..
sblm ni 63.5.
pg td... 63.0 padan muka aku..
tp yg paling aku tak sangka..baju yg aku tempah tp tak sempat pakai thn lepas sbb mcm sarung nangka .. skg ni dah ok... longgar & selesa sgt2..
kesian nyonya tukang jahit tu sbb aku salahkan dia sbb aku tak muat thn lepas..
rupanyer badan aku yg naik masa tu..

memandangkan aku tak berapa sihat.. aku akan cuba sedaya yg boleh utk setia dgn diet minggu nih lbh2 lagi minggu depan nk pi kenduri kawin..nak la nampak anggun sket..

nak tumpang join berdiet gak...hehe...

berat isnin lepas 67.5 kg...
arini x tau lagi...jap g baru nak pi timbang..
target nak dapatkan dlm 55 kg...

baru start diet n eksesais sabtu lepas...
jaga makan n kayuh eliptikal jek...sambil2 wat wall sit up n squat...

kengkawan tolong la bg semangat kat saya yg cepat lupa diri ni ye..hehe..

hi...minggu ni turun lagi 0.5kg..jadikla dr tak turun lnsg..dah try diet atkins, tapi ahad malam lak tu g makan nasi goreng sedapp..tu yg turun 0.5kg je agaknya...sob sob sob...

hai...sy pun tgh on diet jgak...dh lbh 2 mggu g joging..nasik lak seminggu dlm 2,3 kali jer..itu pun kuantiti sikit...plus minum air teh herba..kalau sy lapar je sy makan epal.ok ke??.so far x tahu lagi berat tinggal bape...before ni 68kg tnggi dlm 152 jer...bln 11 ni nk bertunang...huhu..mintak2 la dpt balik berat 50kg..
