salam sumer...:victory: :victory: :victory:

Nak tanyalah membakar muffin ni guna api atas bawah or bawah shj....cam confuse je kita nie....

Oleh kerana terlampau teruja tengok geng2 kat sini buat muffin so mlm tadi kita 1st time wat bluberry muffin dari maklang.....bakar guna api bawah jer texture dia mmg lembut dan sedap walaupun tak merekah mana.Tak sempat sejuk anak2 dah ngap dulu termasuklah mak paknye.. next time boleh buat lagi...sbb mmg sonang rupenye buat muffin nie...sambil terkontot pun boleh buat...

oh ye ke..patutlah saya nyer tak naik merekah..bukan bantat cuma tak kembung jer...tapi sedap....ingat nak bawa muffin yg di buat tu ke rumah adik ipar mlm nie tapi tak sempat di selamatkan.hheheee thanks pada pemunya resipe...maklang

Kak pnut, nak tanye..kalau kacau bahan2 ni memadai pakai senduk pun bolehkan..atau lagi naik cantik lagi kalau pakai mixer..

most of muffin recipes, kacau guna senduk/whisker shj kecuali dinyatakan dalam resepi
terlebih kacau nnt muffin berongga kat dlm

choc buat muffin smlm...dan sehari sblmnyer....petang nih nk wat laei....dah cuba resepi jo...tapi tak tau ler maner silapnyer muffinku kerrass....pastu pakai cup besar tuh melekat la plak....tensennn waaa....mungkinkah kacau lama...





pastu choc cuba plak resepi chef anuar, guna minyak....hasilnyer.....




pada choc hasilnyer lebih moist n sedap...manis pon takler giler...sedang2 jer...cuma tekstur lebih gebus n lembut skit...muffin patutnyer lebih padat kan...yang bertanda itam tuh buh blueberry, sedap betui. yg nampak kosong tuh buh choc chip...sajer buh skit dulu sebab test...

ini resepinya

MUFFIN COKLAT
Sumber : Yani (myresepi)

Bahan
200g coklat masakan
70g mentega
2 biji telur
50g gula halus
60g tepung gandum
1 sudu kecil baking powder

Cara
Cairkan coklat. Gunakan kaedah "double boiler" .
Kemudian masukkan mentega. Kacau sehingga mentega cair. Selepas tu bolehlah panaskan oven sehingga suhu 170C
Dalam mangkuk lain, masukkan telur dan gula. Kacau sampai sebati. Tak perlu penaik(kembang).
Masukkan telur ke dalam mangkuk coklat. Kacau biar campuran sebati
Ayakkan tepung dan baking powder ke dalam mangkuk coklat. Gaul sehingga sebati.
Isikan adunan ke dalam bekas muffin sehingga 1/2 penuh atau 60% penuh. Bakar selama 20 minit.

Selepas masak tu, mungkin muffin ni lembik sikit( sebab hanya sedikit tepung yg digunakan) tapi bila dah sejuk dia akan keras dengan sendiri. Jadi kalau lepas 20 minit tu, masih lembik tak payah bakar semula.

p/s: muffin ni mmg sedap.....lagi2 klau makan 1-2 jam lepas masak......mmg gebu dan ringan sgt tp sy pun tak tau knapa keesokkannya tak gebu dah, tp still lembut ala-ala muffin la...

tryla mmg best...

choc tepekkan bagi pihak maisya ek....bley kan maisya...

MILK TEA MUFFINS

A)
1 teabag
1/2 cup hot water
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup condensed milk

Add tea to hot water, let stand for awhile. Add sugar and condensed milk. Mix until well blended. Let cool.

B)
1 egg
1/4 cup oil

Mix lighty until just blended.

C)
2 cups flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt

Sift all ingredients.

D)
1 teabag

Tear the bag and take out the tea.

-Add A,B & D to C

-Fold together until the flour is dampened, but not smooth.
-Spoon mixture evenly into lined or greased muffin tray
-Bake for 20 mins or until the until skewer comes out clean

dah buat ek? bubuh ke serbuk teh tu? maisya masa first time buat letak tapi yg buat baru ni tak letak serbuk teh tu sebab rasa macam lekat kat tekak plak .Maybe sebab maisya guna serbuk teh yg paket besar tu bukan uncang punya so dia kasar sikit.
