hey there lurvely ladies and gents,

ari ni berat saya = 76.1 kg.
minggu lepas = 76.2

jadi itu bermakna, minggu ni cuma 100g berkurangan. ekeke.

tapi syukuuuuur dah. ingatkan akan naik pasal minggu ni memang diet kacau sket.

ok, 6 kgs to throw!

hopefully, by the end of october saya boley mencapai 70kg sharp.

hari selasa 27 september 2011

hari ni puasa 6(last day).

sahur-just minum air.
buka-sup sayur kubis,ratah sekor ikan kembung goreng,sedikit bihun goreng,apam balik seketul,air pepsi sikit dan byk minum air putih.

timbang dlm kul 6.30 ptg(sebelum buka)- 65.9kg

dari 66.5 turun kpd 65.9-----> 600g turun.alhamdulillah.

tahniah bvs, total berat turun bulan ni -1.8kg, achieve 60% of target.. rasanya kalau bulan depan menten konsisten mcm ni, insyallah akan smpai target berat badan yg diingini..

tahniah kodok, u dh nk dapat semula berat sebelum syawal iaitu 51.5kg.. berat ketupat, lemang, rendang sume dah hilang dah hehehe

tapi kan gepren, u byk pegi jamuan raya pun, graf u mendatar je tau, naik sikit je.. so ni bermakna u berjaya jgk kontrol dari naik mendadak, achievement jgk tu..

   betul mcm tuty reply tu, 1L for each 25kg pun dh cukup.. so mcm auntie ni kena minum air 3L+ satu hari, which is tak byk pun, quite normal je kalau dah biasa..

tak la, saya ni level coach je, konsultan tu mcm besar la sgt huhu.. saya ni ada la tlg beberapa org turun berat, tu je..
ok kalau auntie nk kecikkan peha, u kena kurangkan lemak seluruh badan, takleh target bahagian2 tertentu.. lemak badan kita ni mcm air kat kolah, kalau kita cedok air, tempat kita cedok tu tak jadi berlubang, tapi tahap air kolah tu akan turun sedikit.. mcm tu jugak dgn lemak kat badan kita..

so buat senaman atau workout yg target seluruh badan, mcm aerobic dance, yoga, pilates atau strength training. ada beberapa org yg kat sini pergi zumba, which is a great workout too..

tahniah nurul, u adalah model utk org yg obese, kalau nk mmg seribu daya.. total u turun bulan ni -3.5kg, turun dari kelas obese ke overweight, n kalau menten mcm ni rasanya bulan depan boleh jadi BMI normal

   ish tak lambatla tab, last check in kan rabu tghari .. tab ni menten je berat, tapi mungkin saiz badan u mengecik kut.. u ada buat bacaan body fat percentage tak?
