lin, td aku jumpe azliha kat klinik. die dah cukup bulan. anak ke2..   aku tanye pasal hasila. rupenya hasila cukup bulan.. cuma babynye kecik pasal kene darah tinggi..

lg satu kdg2 tension bkn sbb peknen tp sbb keadaan sekeliling...
terutama disbbkan keje..tu yg ssh tu...

klu kene drh tggi kene bersalin awal ye..

jaga makanan meaning makan mengikut diet yang seimbang
complete with protein, karbohydrate and so on
eat more vege, cereal and fruits.. extra concentration on fruits with full of vit C and vit A.  take less food with fat and sugar.  avoid raw food.
drink more plain water, warm water is adviseable.  drinks with cafeinated (kopi, teh and minuman ringan) limit to a cup a day.

diary food is veryyyyyyyyyyyy good to pregnancy women because its rich with calcium.

dr marcell, nak tanye skit.. macam mane dgn kenaikan berat badan semasa hamil pulak.. maksud saya berat yg sesuai.. macam saya sebelum mengandung 37kg skarang kandungan 23 minggu. berat dah 41.2 kg..牋normal ke doc. atau kene tambahkan lagi keberatan diri tu.

semasa anak sulung, keberatan saya mencecah sehingga 9 kg sahaja.. ok ke doc?

bukan semua ibu2 mengandung boleh tambah berat badan
some of them ada yang maintain and ada yang turun..
no big deal.. like i said earlier.. as long as you take makanan berkhasiat and nothing wrong with the baby
takpe.. berat banyak mana pun takpe.. tapi please jangan berat sangat.. takut susah nak susut after bersalin nanti.

memanglah bukan tension sebab pregnant
tak kisah apa sebab pun.. dont take it seriously..
if tiba2 rasa cam tension, cepat2 take a deep breath... take 5 or 10 to relax yourself...

yang heran tu kan doc, mase lepas bersalin jer.. elok jer berat saya normal cam besa.. kembali 37 kg.. ingatkan maintain 40kg ke, 42kg. baby berat cuma 2.3kg jer.. mase bersalin dlm 38 minggu.

kira ok lah tu kalau boleh maintain berat badan..

  itu la masalah nya.. dari anak dara sampai la nak masuk anak 2, berat cenggitu jugak..  ade petua nak tambahkan berat?

tinggi saya 152cm.. kalo ikutkan.. tak cukup berat tu kan doc..?   mase mengandung, perut jer kedepan.. tp tak nampak berisi pun saya ni..

apple 153cm...skrg peknen 4 bln dh 56 kg...
sblm peknen berat 50kg...
risau takut naik byk..ssh nk turun blk nnt...
