ade bunglow ss nak jual kat bangi 299k.bole nego lai.luas tanah 5000sqft.memang berbaloi beli sape keje area serdang/putrajaya/cyberjaya/bbb dan kawasan sekitarnyee.free hold.rumah siap tahun 2003.2008 dulu aku da booking umah kt sek  14 20x70 price:rm240k..then jumpe umah ni terus belii.aku rase berbaloi.komuniti punn ok..bbb rumah terlalu mahall..

access road Alam Sari from Jln Reko, masuk jalan ke komuter station UKM, sebelah danau golf..jalan 4 lane; 2 way in, 2 way out..psl jalan masuk jauh ke dalam tu, some says its not convenient but some says its an exclusive place to live..up to u to interpret..

corner lot pricing leh check kt website die kot..rasanya ada tulis kt ctu,xsure.. www.alamsari.com.my ..come and join us!

wkx, maybe you bole createkan yahoo/google group for alam sari owner or bakal owner or potential buyer...so that kita bole discuss in details on Alam Sari punye progress,etc

btw, just received invoice from I& last week. I did perasan yg completion tu lompat from no 4 (invoice sebelum) to no 6 (invoice baru)...no 5 which is electrical wiring tak der...takkan dia plaster dulu dinding baru wat wiring kot

smlm masuk site lg..tgk 1p1, 1p2 and 1p3..tokey jaga construction tu ckp 1p1 maybe siap bulan 5..1p2 tatau lg bile siap psl kontraktor lain dr 1p1 & 1p3..tp 1p2 dah pasang tile dah (2-3 bijik umh je la,cam nk wat mock up unit)..cat dalam dah, tiles dinding dah,dapur dah,toilet dah..wood flooring 1st floor je lom pasang lg..

ada news dat developer may consider pasang plaster ceiling memandangkn construction price dah ok sket..tp tatau la..still in discussion..

1p3 ada satu unit dah cat luar dah..kaler coklat & kuning kot..tp tokey tu ckp nk tukar kaler sbb ramai xsuka..hehe..

huih bestnya....... umah alam sari....... siap pasang plaster syiling free....... huh kalo dah siap 100% projek perumahan kat alam sari tu termasuk dengan apartment dan rumah kos rendah, yang jumlah unit keseluruhan ialah 1700 unit, dan di tambah dengan taman tropika, taman universiti dan taman vista emas, jumlahnya maybe mencecah 3000 unit, let say 3000 unit secara purata ada 5000 bijik keta... huh 5ribu biji keta yang akan melalui jalan reko depan UKM tu.... dah la jalan satu line sahaja..... huh rasanya akan lagi teruk dari jalan tun razak kuala lumpur nanti, ntah2 nak keluar dari simpang ukm komuter tu je mau 2 jam apa....

Thanks sebab tolong jwpkan...esah beli yg second launch..tapi tak duduk situ. beli utk invesment je..esah dah ada satu kat bangi sek 3...(sekarang duk situ) dengar cite akan ada satu acess road apabila dah lebih rumah di bina...developer nya yg bagus tu sebab beli...

saya umah kat vista emas..kunun2 tak sabar nak blah dari seri kembangan sbb tak tahan ngan jam kat situ. karang jadik lari mulut buaya masuk mulut naga lak.

tapi saya dgr2 katanye ada alternative road dari alam sari utk keluar dari area situ..but from where to where tu tak tau le pulak..kot2 future house owners of alam sari buleh confirmkan??

uih umah ni awal2 dulu 220k, skang ni tak tahu la berapa.... cuma tak tahu kawasan tu leasehold atau freehold

Kalau x silap saya rumah2 kat area sini sumer leasehold. Skrang nih sure punyer rege dah naik....not bad rumah dia...

seri bangi yg developer under glomac dekat dgn seksyen 8 tu akan launch tak lama lagi 22x70 teres dgn harga start from 298K. Situ pun akan jam gak nanti....
