Woahh thank you. Akak kalu boleh tanak lg buat if sebab last year akak gastric teruk.. Sampai terpaksa melepak semalaman kat emergency. Malu ya ngaku.. Rasa mcm budak kecik pulak. Doc cakap org yg selalu gastric ni nanti dinding perut inflamed. Inflamsi tu nanti tukar jadi ulcer. Ulcer nanti tukar jadi lesion. Lesion nanti jadi cancer pulak. So doc advice suku suku separuh. Yang penting bukan otak yg suku suku kehkehkeh

Tp i rasa bdn i mmg lmbat turun. Klau u mcm ni, jgn give up. Teruskan je. Lg 1 i buat weight training so berat muscle pon ye. Haritu i try hack bdn sdri buat fasting 60 jam, hari2 lain 24 & 48, turun 2kg mcm tu. gerak pon.

Klau tgk group IF yg international, mmg ada org sesuai 24:1, ada yg buat 46:2 tp xturun apa2 sb bdn dia akn reserve tenaga. Kalau mcm tu sia2 buat. Yg best buat 48 sbb i nk autophagy. Perasan jgk kulit makin elok klau buat 48.

Tp utk yg xboleh tahan lapar, i sarankan suku suku separuh je sng. Turun byk jgk kalau amalkan. Rate penurunan sama mcm buat IF je cuma i pilih IF sb i xboleh klau mkn 3 kali sehari mula lah rasa nk terbabas

lose inches ade la,tp still slow compared org lain dlm grup ifm fb tu.
makan xclean,tp ms puasa i jaga betul2.n air manis dh stop langsung few months dah.
ke body i mmg xsesuai if ni ye?frust tgk timbang x gerak sgt pun.

Sy pon slow. Lg pulak sy buat OMAD. Cuba start dgn jg mkn. Kene pilih type of food jgk. Klau x berjaya, reset either buat more than 24 hours atau buat je DSSS. Kita kene trial n error utk jumpa mana yg sesuai.

Ada org sesuai atkin/keto, ada org sesuai if, ada org DSSS. Mcm i, actually paling berkesan klau i tggalkan carbs (keto/atkin) tp i xsuka buat dua2 tu

sy start akhir thn 2019.body sy mmg cepat kalau bt atkins/keto.prnh bt dulu laju turun.
tp i yg xsuke,rs restricted sgt n xleh jd lifestyle.lagi masih nyusu anak.
ms anak 1st nyusu kurus gila.skrg anak 2nd nyusu same je mok mok nye.dh tua metabolism low.
nak bersukan xleh sgt sbb i baru recover dari patah kaki.

i buat if 16:8, masa makan suku suku separuh, masa puasa mmg minum green tea n coffee no sugar, HIIT exercise 20-30mins 4 kali seminggu, sauna 3 kali seminggu. turun 10kg, now process nak maintain je. still buat benda yg sama, weekend je minum air manis

baiklah i akan try if+dsss pulak.sbb sblm ni if buat tp makan x clean huhu.perasan body cepat turun mcm org lain but sebenarnye x.i rase i lambat turun cos sblm diet ni pun i bukan jenis makan malam sgt pun,cuma ada munch la sikit2 jamah mlm2 bt alas perut, mcm biskut kering ke.mmg jenis xmkn byk pun.gemuk apsal tah adik2 beradik i pun sama semua 5 org,sume jenis xkuat makan nasi pun tapi gemuk jugak.nak salah kan keturunan ke ape ni laki pulak sejenis tak membantu.die x gemar i buat diet puasa2 ni.lagi org nk kurus,die lagi la suh makan macam2.

Betul la..lepas exercise mst nak makan gila2..yg penting jaga mkn dr exercise kan..cuma I suka feeling lepas exercise tu n muka bila exercise ni berseri skit..huhu

I pun slow la buat IF ni..mcm xde perubahan kt berat..kena lebih lg jaga mkn..kena avoid gula terus kot..huhu..i dah exercise pun tetapla mcm tu jgk..dah la kelaparan lepas exercise

Maybe I pun mcm ni kot..even if kena jaga makan..sbb I tgk org if tp amik gula OK je..tu sbb I mkn mcm kuih or kek..tp x byk pun, still moderate..maybe mmg x blh lsg kot..i perasan klau I mkn gula je mst berat naik, mknn bergoreng x sgt..nak buat atkins pun mcm x mampu rasa..tp nak cut gula terus dlm hidup rasa mcm susahnyerrr..sampai bila blh tahan..sedangkan utk kesihatan pun mmg lg la x elok gula tu..huhu

huhu tak adilnye la kan.xpe la i akan cuba.lunch td nasi dh kurangkan separuh,more sayur.nak try konsisten 19:5 at least,this week.
