Malangnya I tak kenal u. I 2/3 kali je pernah gi semenanjung. So Utk kenal i tipis sgt.

Setuju.... kenapa tak boleh maintain body solid... kebanyakan melayu.... kalu cina pandai jaga body... dah laa nampak kepam dengan tudung warna warni ada anting2 kat tudung macam ewwww

chinese walaupun suka makan pork tapi cooking method diaorang tu healthy sikit la dari Malay's food. Diaorang banyak pakai garlic, ginger n scallion.

I pun perempuan gemuk. Tak tahu lah kenapa...terlebih makan lah kot. Tapi iols ni aktif orangnya. Tiap hari exercise...

Sebelum pregnnt anak no 4 thn 2017 (bersalin 2018) saya pernah turun berat about 15kg lps bt atkins n lots of exercise. Masa tu nak diet bukan sbb nak pregnnt more to personal satisfaction. Lps bersalin...adeh malas nak citer..mula2 je semangat jaga badan lps2 tu start dah malas. Skrg ni lagila WFH...dok umah busy dgn anak2, masak, kerja rumah, kerja online. The only exercise is sexercise dgn hubby tp dia yg byk kerjakan kita dia yg byk bakar kalori. Apepun, niat dan semangat utk kurus n diet tu tetap ada dan tahu caranya nak tggu kena ade push up factor.

Alhamdulilah saya tak gemuk.. tinggi 173cm, berat baru timbang tadi 53 kg.. makan byk tp susah naik.. mcm best kan tp takut gak kalau kolestrol tinggi.. so, still jaga makan

hmm. terasa nya.. saya spesis mcm ni. bkan saya nak gemuk pun, tapi saya ni sejenis makan sikit pun cepat gemok. makan bnyak apatah lagi. senang naik dan susah sangat nak trun berat.

i jenis kurus....nk gemok nk gemok

tp pempuan ni mmg sukar di fahami.....i pnah berat 56kg. kira gemok sgt la ni..mesti dorg akn ckp, gemok nye berisi bla2..

so i join fitness grup utk reduce weight.....dpt menten 53 which is sgt2 suit my height...

la ni 48 kg.....sume ckp KURUSSSSSSSSSS sgt why ....... so tgah nk up kan balik dpt 50-53 dh ckup baik....

Maybe sbb stress keje so asal stress je makanlah dpt release tension. Lagipun sejak pkp ni terperuk kat rumah asyik masak makan masak makan itu jelah kejenya pun

Hari2 brisk walk selama sejam... Siang mkn mcm biasa tapi masih control portion. Mlm mkn buah je. Mmg nampak ada penurunan

sejak PKP aku byk masak sndr
try byk resipi
sedap2 plk tu aku masak
skrg aku masak byk guna halia
terkentut2 aku skrg ni tak sudah2
nasib baik ms kat rumah je put put
anak2 pun naik geram duduk sblh aku

harap2 aku boleh kurus lah lps ni

Iols pun dah gemuk sikit sejak pkp, yer la wfh kan.
Sebelum ni iols maintain 48kg. Sekarang dah naik 50++.
Nak kurangkan berat tapi kuat makan dan malas exercise, acaner?

punca kegemokan badan wanita ni simple aje...kurang kan pengambilan makanan dan rajin bersenam...kalau hari2 dok makan kacang, nasik, buah, sayur, daging, ayam, aiskrim, tealive, asam pedas, bihun goreng, asam laksa, etc...mana tak gemok?
