"Dororo" is a thriller Manga featuring a boy who has been robbed of 48 of his body parts by the devil. The story depicts his travels to destroy the thief.
Daigo Kagemitsu, who works for a Samurai general in Japan's warring-states period, promises to offer 48 body parts of his unborn baby to 48 devils, in exchange for his wish to take over the country. Then a baby boy was born, but since 48 parts of his body are missing, he is immediately thrown into the river.
Time goes by and the baby grows into a boy who calls himself Hyaki Maru. Every time Hyakkimaru eliminates a devil, he can retrieve one of his missing body parts. Hyakkimaru meets a boy thief named Dororo and together they travel. Wherever they go, they are attacked by monsters and ghosts again and again.

Sinopsis
SINOPSIS
Dragon Tiger Gate diadaptasikan daripada komik paling popular Hong Kong karya Tony Wong Yuk-long. Ia mengisahkan cerita tiga pemuda yang berjuang demi keadilan, dan meggabungkan unsur keperwiraan dan aksi kung fu hebat.
Tiger Wong ialah seorang perwira yang bermurah hati dan berjuang untuk keadilan. Suatu hari, dia dengan tidak sengaja memiliki Lencana Emas Lousha yang memegang kuasa terhadap Kumpulan Lousha iaitu kumpulan penjenayah terbesar di Asia. Shibumi, ketua Kumpulan Lousha melancarkan serangan hendap terhadap Tiger Wong. Tiger diselamatkan oleh Dragon Wong, seorang pengawal peribadi ketua gengster yang turut diarah merampas lencana itu. Seorang lagi pemuda, Turbo Shek yang bersenjata nun-chaku juga membantu mereka. Rupa-rupanya, Dragon adalah abang tiri Tiger.
Shibumi kemudian membunuh Ma Kun, ketua Dragon, tetapi alangkah bernasibnya Dragon dapat menyelamatkan Ma Xioling, anak perempuan Ma Kun dan melepaskan diri ke Dragon Tiger Gate. Tiga perwira bertemu sekali lagi di Dragon Tiger Gate. Shibumi melancarkan serangan hendap terhadap Dragon Tiger Gate dan kali ini membunuh guru mereka. Ketiga-tiga perwira yang cedera terus melarikan diri ke Gunung Bai Yun untuk mendapatkan pertolongan Guru Qi. Di situ, mereka melatih kuat dan berazam untuk membalas dendam terhadap Shibumi. Sementara itu di Lousha Gate, Shibumi memasangkan perangkap menanti-nantikan ketibaan tiga perwira untuk pertarungan yang paling hebat...
