yela, thanks for replying, nak tanya lagi bolehke??? that means  after 12 tgh,  i can eat carbo like roti canai + kuah dalca, mee goreng vege style  , roti + butter. semua ni cook dgn minyak ok ke?

aura pun nak take the challenge -  berat dah menten, tapi nak me'menten'kan selamanyer tu yang payah, tambah bila selera makan tu asek membuak-buak je......takkan selama asek nak makan slimming product je.......

my problem ni yang paling leceh sekali bukan setakat kuat makan, tapi perut ni takmo kempis-kempis tu yang sedih sangat tu......i had 3 x C-Sect, masa the 2nd doter punyerla besar baby sampai perut yang dah stretch tu tak boleh balik ke normal dah...hopefully tips yang minum air before and after meals tu akan bantu sikit2 tang perut (nak buat sit ups tak boleh sebab kat area jahitan rasa ngilu:cry

roti canai malangnya..cannot be eaten with dalca pasal dalca ni protein!..makan dgn curry biasa la..kuah aje..no ayam or ikan or daging..and vege + fresh vege.

drbaby, dont worry..u'll have more energy that u've ever had before if u eat right the FFL way! because fruits and vege will keep u alert and fresh. try first...bila hungry aje, snack on fruits or drink fruit juices. if u eat right..at lunch for e.g...at 1 pm..by  4 to 5 pm u'll be peckish..when that happens, take out an apple, or watermelon, or even banana i ur particularyly hungry. then at abt 7pm...take ur protein and vege (the fresher the better!). pas kul 8...dont even think bout food. anndddd dont forget about the drinking part!

aura, yg ni susah sikit i nak advise. i have a friend yg perut dia went so big when she was pregnant, that her tummy skin tu dah loose, dah tak boleh nak buat apa eventhough the underlying tummy muscles dah firm. dia dah fit habis...but the loose skin on the tummy cannot be helped...her only altrenative is to do a stomach stapling...for the loose skin tu. but she hasnt done it yet pasal takut. macam u ni...i rasa boleh buat the tummy crunches...but very gently..dont push it. after ur tummy is used to it...then can increase the reps.

Hi Kak Yela, tak ke mana2 ke malam ni? Shah tak pi mana pun today, anak kena lung infection..:cry:
Tu yang melepak depan komputer sambil dok cuci mata tengok handbag kat eBay...  

Susah juga rasanya nak ikut FFL ni ye... nak ajak cik abang join, dia tanak... takpe, start 1/1/2006 ni nak start with the plan...

shah, kita dari pukul 3 sampai 7 dah entertain my school friends...gathering kan my house. penat dah! tak larat! so im on the net where i enjoy most!!!

men memang almost no way nak berdiet2 ni unless they are sick. masa tu dah macam agak terlambat! tak pe...kita buat sendiri aje..u ada banyak geng kat sini!

i'm gonna try this...!!! i really need to loose some weight..ohh not some..a lot of weight...let this be my res for 2006...keep my fingers cross...hope i can stick to this plan...coz i really love to eat...but now i guess i have to eat wisely...

after lunch kena minum 3 hrs after...itu pun if u eat correctly during lunch. so my advise, try to drink 10 mins before so that after u eat, u tak thirsty. satu lagi..if u all notice, if makakan tu banyak msg..sure rasa thirsty gila!

eh kita sebut that they tell u to do cardio exercise for 20 mins everyday. without a doubt, with exercise u will look better...firm and toned. but if tak exercise pun lose jugak cuma the quality of our muscles ti tak  cun. and cellulite...a different ball game altogether! yg ni org kurus ke, gemuk ke...boleh ada. some people, gemuk pun tak teruk cellulite macam yg some kurus people. yg ni memang topic lain...i read somewhere that cellulite is actually caused by build-up toxin in the body. so still kiena jaga diet of to avoid this.

u knw yela, i started with this diet yesterday. this morning i timbang, that digital scale shows i ve lost 0.8 kg....mcm tak percaya. can this be true???
