I baru je tukar Retinol serum yang higher level.. 0.5% katanyehh, tp cuma pakai 2X je seminggu xyah hari2 pun.. bila i pakai tu kulit menggelupas sikit... then i came across this trend yang bagus... many dermatologists recommend this as well
Its called SKIN CYCLING... 4 days rotation.. waktu malam
Night 1 : exfoliation day
BHA serum + hydration serum + azelaic acid + cream
Night 2 : Retinol
Hydration serum + Retinol serum+ hydration cream
Night 3 : slugging/ recovery
Snail mucin + hydration serum + hydration cream
Night 4 : hydration and vit c
snail mucin + hydration serum + Vit C + hydrating cream
Daytime, setiap hari
Hydration serum + vit c (with niacinamide) serum + SPF50
So far, now is my best skin condition.. ada barrier repair, ada anti aging, ada brightening...

The sun block dan serum yg u pakai semasa tawaf tu ada fragrance tak?

Sorry setahun lebih baru revisit my thread..
Korean brand sunscreen kebanyakannya takde fragrance pun.. mcm cosrx (i pakai ni skang), ample N, beauty of joseon, skintific, axis-y eh byk le lagi brand korean sunscreen ada je kat watson if u nak try
Utk tangan sunscreen i pakai skang jenis chemical susncreen, sbb taknak rosak handbag lekat putih2 kalo physical sunscreen type tu... so i biasa pakai skin aqua or watson.. ok cepat kering meresap and handbag i tak rosak |

Menjadi masa lepas treatment je.. lepas tu brownspots makin teruk and cepat je dtg balik
Lepas lazer kat klinik.. kena maintain dgn skincare yang betul
Ramai colleagues i buat lazer ni.. ada yang pico lazer byk2 kali treatment.. ada yang skali lazer 7k terus clear.. tp mmg selang beberapa bulan, datang balik |

ya betul...treatment tu nk kurangkan dgn cpt..tp apa2 maintenance tu susah dan kena extra rajin, moisturizer n sunscreen/sunblock mmg kena rajin reapplied.. |

I ada jugak beli sunscreen skintific.. beli time sale kat watson dalam 20 ringgit je..
Axis y tu i beli kat lazada... ok lah reasonable je price deme... tp i rasa axis y ni mcm slow laa bab brightening.. i skang pakai serum vit C the raw... dalam tu ada vit c, ferrulic acid & niacinamide... kalo axisy tu dia ada niacinamide je for brightening.. |

I pakai retinol 0.5% + bakuchiol 20%.. mmg zasssssss hampir lenyap brown spots...
Tp kena hadap kulit gelupas pulak sbb retinol ni strong jugak effect...
I pakai balm cicaplast b5+ la roche posay lepas retinol and malam2 masa recovery tu... tp pakai small amount pea size aje...
Mmg superb kesan kaedah skin cycling tu.. alhamdulillah |

Kulit cantik gila glass skin skang.. sampai dah segan pulak i nak pakai foundation.... just pakai spf50 je for now....

iol pun taklah rajin sgt nak ngadap tiktok live tu lama2  cuma yg iol perasan, both skintific malaysia dgn axis y malaysia mmg rajin hari2 buat live dari pagi sampai malam.
bab harga memang iol perasan murah banding drugstore bila tgh live, host mmg akan suruh claim voucher dulu sblm check out utk payment, jadi harga mmg murah.
iol pernah beli set cosmoderm time diorang live tiktok, mmg murah dan berbaloi bagi iols. |
