aku tak pernah buat pun...hang nak hat boh nyoq kat dalam ka , lepat kosong macam tu saja...??

Bahan-Bahan:
tepung pulut
gula merah
gula pasir
nyoq
Sedikit garam dan minyak
air
Cara:
Satukan gula merah dan gula pasir. Masak gula dan air sampai mendidih. kasi Sejuk
pastu goi tepung dgn. air gula tu. tambah air kalau keras. nyoq goi dgn. garam. lepastu boh bancuhan tu atas daun pisang yang dah disapu dgn. minyak, agar tak melekat. lepas tu boh nyoq tgh2.gulung la.pastu kukus hingga masak .

kalau versi boh santan depa tak boh dah nyoq tengah2 tu...kita kat utara / kedah selalu buat camtu...

ni cara i masak my sup sayork:
ketuk bawang putih sikit. tomeh dengan lada itam 6 -7bijik.  kalau ada ikan bilih boh la sekali or udang udang kering or udang basah.  bila bawang dah nak brownish, masuk ayark secawan.  tapi kalau nak best lagi, boh ayark rebusan ayam atau daging.  then masuk sayork carrot dan kobis. bila agak kobis dan carrot dan masak dan mendidih sekali, masuk daun bawang, dan daun salderi, sayork sawi.  masuk garam dan gula sikit.  tutup api dan tutup periuk.

ada satu makanan jepun hat liat2 jugak depa balut dgn. daun anggur ka kalau tak silap aku...pastu dalam tu depa boh inti kacang merah....best jugak aku makan dulu2...yang tu pun guna tepung pulut jugak...

.....ha aku pernah mkn....sedap tu rasa mcm abuk2 lak......aku dah lupa nama kuih tu...selalunya warna hijau...ada yg warna putih..
