   jgn skip karbo, u akan rosakkan u punya diet & badan akan jadi lembik. instead ganti dengan eat kompleks carbo, oatmeal, roti wheat, beras perang, biskut wheat, sayur, buahan dan buahan kering..

tahniah misz, bulan lepas berat menten 70kg je, so ni ada penurunan 500g diharap akan turun konsisten lepas ni..

    ok... these are my details:

tinggi : 157cm
berat skrg : 51kg
target berat : 45kg (to lose 6kg)
dateline : end of Oct (1 month diet-challenge)
target routine :
-no caffeine (no teh tarik and nescafe ice yang i addict giler!!!!!)
-no drinks with condensed milk
-only plain water, susu, soya dan air buah2an
-no heavy meal after 6pm
-fruits at night
-low carbohydrate, high protein
-cycling 30 minutes/day

*kene update berat every tuesday kan? ada apa2 lg nak kene update?
*diet routine pun kene update?

   terima kasih rose liz for the explanation.
pernah dgr pasal fibre drink ni.dia untuk pelawas kalau tak silap. sy pula amik collagen utk kulit tapi sy tiap2 hari mesti makan buah limau dua biji untuk huraikan lemak.dan minum air putih suam byk2 utk cuci perut.

weight hri ni : 65kg. mmg seksa nak break the 65.. last week mmg jga makan giler2 + cardio 3x a week. tp mmg ssh sgt nk turun, mcm da plateau je
tapi good thing my body fat da turun, before posa body fat 25.6% last fri was 23.6%
my instructor kata weight tk penting sgt, body fat lg penting, tapi i jwb, kat WLC tak guna body fat, kena update pakai kg and klu org tya pun, berapa berat anda bukan berapa body fat anda

wow! ni bakal pemenang 'ultraman mode' ni hehe.. tak perlu nak update pape, update berat dah cukup tiap selasa (dateline rabu), tapi kalau nk share pasal diet harian pun boleh jugak (macam sixret buat) atau share info2, tips2 (mcm roseliz buat).

betul tu.. buahan kering ni kandungan gulanya asli (natural), sama macam buahan biasa jugak. manisan yg asli ni bila kita makan, tahap gula badan takkan mendadak naik. selain itu buahan kering pun ada kandungan micronutrient macam vitamin, magnesium, pottasium etc yg mmg badan kita perlukan. tu pasal buahan kering dikira snek sihat. cth buahan kering macam buah kurma, kismis, prune etc.. tu sebabnya kalau nak makan manisan mcm kek, donut, kuih ke, lagi elok ganti dengan makan buahan kering..

buahan kering tapi disalut dengan gula atau direndam dalam gula (contoh asam, laici dalam tin) tu tak kira yek, tu tak sihat sebab tinggi gula tiruan.

   sgt2 setuju. saya pun perasan.ada part tu, susah sgt2 nak turun. sy masih ingat 66-67kg, susah sgt2 nak turun ke 65.skang dah turun 65,senang skit.mingu lepas 65.9kg, minggu ni 65.6kg.
sy masih ingat 73,77kg,83kg. ni antara point yg susah nak turun, lepas dah turun,dia senang.

antara 95kg ke 83kg---->boleh dikatakan senang, tapi kena konsisten.dan langsung tak boleh ngelat.

83kg macam dah stuck.ari tu rasa macam forever je 83kg. akhirnya bola dah turun,senang je meluncur berat tu turun hinggalah ke 77kg,stuck balik,lepas dah dapat break berat ni, senang je meluncur hinggalah 73kg.susah balik.then senang je hinggalah 67/66kg.susah sgt nak turun,lepas dah break berat tu, skang senang je meluncur 65.

mmg macam tu ke?

lagi satu, sy ni jenis.......badan akan kurus dulu, tapi lemak muka lambat kurus.badan dah kurus kerempeng,muka masih tembam.hinggalah berat sy 67kg ari tu,muka baru nampak kurus.

kalau sy makan banyak,muka akan naik dulu.lamabt skit,baru bahagian pinggul,last sekali bahagian perut.

tapi kalau nak turun,perut turn dulu,pastu pinggul pastu last skali baru muka. tension sgt.normal ke tak  tu?

Pagi Sabtu lps gigih la berbeskal (statik) dkt 8km (eleh 8km pun nak kecoh kan?).
Kalori dkt 100 dibakar.
Sekali tengahari tu mak ajak mkn KFC.. hahahaha pasrah je la

boleh lagi turun lily sbnrnya sbb BMI u baru 24, klu bawah 22 yg susah sikit nk turun dah.. sbb u selalu exercise, leh share sikit mcm u makan sebelum n selepas exercise? klu need improvement, i leh bg pendapat sket..

start january this year mmg x dpt lagi break angka jahat itew :@
masa mula2 start gym curves in jan my weight was 69kg.
body fat plak 29% if not mistaken. juz imagine i only lost 4kg in 9mths.  

Din, nti i share my menu ye, now rushing nak lunch, get my hair done and layan teater TSLoN mlm ni

Utk kwn2 yg lain selamat mengupdate berat, harap2 byk la penurunan tu
