ok..since i ni  memanjang kantoi...today i buat betul2. bf....drank water. lebih 10 mins after, i had 2 cut oranges. 12 noon mkn nasi 1/2 + kacang botor goreng + jantung pisang +pucuk ubi rebus + sambal tempoyak.  kul 3.15 pm....minum water. kul 5.30 mkn nasi lemak + sambal. sat lagi kul 8.30 nk minummmm! dahaga ni. so today, terpaksa lupakan ptotein. esok nla buat protein lak.

in between tu minum la sepuasnya. yg kita cakap time for minum tu if u nak makan or if it involves food aje. and ui can repeat the process for bf tu....kot u nak makan 2-3 biji buah ke.

thanks for sharing! it's good to know abt other diet fads....so we all have options, instead of limiting ourselves to only one. may be we can modify the diets to suit our needs and see what actually works best.

my 1st day ni my bf and lunch ok..
sekali for dinner my kazen bawa keluar belanja

me kalau nak diet..

bangun je..bukak mata terus sibuk masak nak makan heavy2..
mcm roti sandwich n rosted drummet,garlic bread n mushroom soup..pasta ke,seafood spaghetti
pagi2 me selalu makan heavy breakfast..kalau ada nasi, me makan dulu tp kauntiti skit2 la...

lunch, tak makan sgt... sb kenyang yg amats time breakfast..

tea time.. susu anlene,kuih pau kukus

dinner.. mmg jgn harap makan heavy or hi-carbs..kalau lapar yg amats, makan fruits n salads byk gile smpi kembung perut..bile dah rase kenyang..
me pun tido..esok pagi sure senang nak membuang..

mcm salah je diet ku ini...hehehe
tp paling berkesan kalau tak makan heavy time malam..kalau tak sure debab my body sb lepas makan mlm, sure terus tido..

mcm sape kate dlu..makan mcm anak raje time bfast..
makan mcm org kaye time lunch..
makan mcm org miskin time dinner..

mcm missy turun 1kg sbb seminggu tak amik karbo dah after 7pm..
tp arini da break da rules..sbb kawan2 balik klas kol 8pm..
so tunggu dorang balik br nak makan.. :ah:

yesterday .. up to lunch cume makan butterhead + fruit salad ... pastu by 3 p.m. dah rasa lapar amat.. makan biskut vege jacob's 2 packets ... balik rumah.. still lapar.. so hafta mkn nasik for dinner. my hubby perli " aiks? cakap diet pesal makan nasik pulak malam2?" hehehe.. but nasib baik dia suapkan I makan, and dia suapkan sayur + lauk banyak2, nasik ciput jer..

pengajaran, hari ni mmg nak kena keluar lunch so that tak lapar by night time.

ha, moi kan kalau ambik nasi + sayur for lunch, moi suka letak kuah macam2 jenis kat nasik tu.. is it ok?

kuah tu kuah ape..kalau bole elak la yg santan2..
dat's y missy ske makan nasik pukul 5..so bile malam tak lapa..
kire skalikan lunch + dinner tu..pastu very small amount of rice..
bykkan lauk..

kat msia ni..byk le kuah bersantan - tadi ambik kuah kurma + kuah lemak cili pagi + nasi + bendi + bayam + bergedil kentang (yang ni boleh kan?? sbb rasanya takde daging or ayam dlm tu).
pasal kuah tu tak blh ek?

missy makan ramai2 ngan kawan2 semua ikut diet FFL jugak ke? bestnye ada geng. moi dolu2, kalau masak makan reramai ngan kawan time after class, mmg kenduri sakan.. no wonder I am sooo gemuk now.

sbb nak bukak thread baru takut tak dpt sambutan..
tgk la mcmane..SONOMA ni senang jugak nak ikut..

kawan2 sume tak diet..tp makan ramai2 la..
missy tukang masaknye..jd dorang tepakse makan je la ape yg kite masak

*malam ni akan rosak lagi diet sbb nak makan cake,kawan nye besday..thari ni baru nak stat buat cake.. ;)

i today..after drinking seme...had a fuji apple. tgh hari makan cekodok. x dan nk makan betul2. at 5.15 baru mkn....sayur apa benda tah masak lemak, ubi kayu rebus, sambal tumis. kul 8.30 tadi bantai minum plain water bebyk....dahaga.. baru je buat toblerone cheesecaske...hb's bday esok. tgh kat dlm fridge tgh chilled. esok sahih diet hancus! leh buat pagi and lunch ahe...mlm ada dinner!!

MK BIASANYE tak de masalah time breakfast tu...
time lunch pun ok...
time dinner pun ok...
perut mk dah biasa dgn ffl ni.. tapi, jangan ade org datang rumah je..
atau mk pegi rumah orang..
tu yang kadang2 terminum air manis dgn biskut tu...
kalau makan nasik kat rumah org, mk boleh lagi tak amik binatang,
tapi tak byk lak diaorg masak sayur...
ciput je sayur dia... huhuuhuhu...

tu yang bantai air tea o byk2 tu.. laparssss
