Encik Din, melapor diri...current weight : 110.7kg...
asek naikk je..camne eh..saya tak wat ape2 pun & tak ubah ape2 pun ..patutnyer maintain tapi makin naik plak...wadussss....
adekah diriku yg semakin tua & metabolism pun semakin turun?? huwaaaaaaaaaaaa

hari ni masih lagi 57kg...

pagi ni buat sarapan nasi lemak (seperiuk besar gitu) sebab anak2 sibuk nak makan nasi lemak....aduhai dugaan betul coz si ibu turut terliur...

sudahnya pagi tadi kul 9.20 pagi makan gak nasi lemak(yang cuba idelakkan)...tapi masih terkawal coz makan satu senduk jer....

lunch tadi  makan lagi satu senduk nasi lemak tapi melantak banyak ketul lah pulak pencuci mulut iaitu agar2 gula merah (ada santan tu...huhu)...apa nak buat dah lama x buat agar2 tu , bila buat mulalah melantak tak ingat....

nampak gaya petang ni kena jogging sejam lah kat depan tv....


p/s:malam ni tobat x nak makan nasi lagi....

    la btl ke..hmy3: hubby i la..dy beli smpai 2 pket masa raya .. actually dy mmg x leh mkn byk coz gaut..
tp biasa la degil..nak gak beli...last2 i pun terjebak sama..
tp smlm i dah shoping beli prune n oat+buah2an kering so pasni i mkn tu je la ..insyallah..(kuatkn lah semangat hambamu ini..... amin)

smpai tergeliat kaki.. dapat i bygkan camner gigihnya u bersalsa part silang2 kaki tu..  
kalau i joint ur class..sapa nak joint class i ...  

btw din..sorry lambat update bru tdi sempat nak timbang 55.6 kg...  

susahnya nak dpt figure 54 ni... i nak challenge luna nie....
since skrg dia dah rampas title 'teacher salsa' dari i...

there's a reason it is called healthy snek.. kalau snek tu, kenala makan sikit.. kalau makan byk dia jadi 'meal' dah hehe..

healthy snack kena limitkan 100-200 kalori je.. snack ni function dia just nak lapik perut; elak perut terlalu lapar sebelum waktu meal seterusnya..
