lambat nyer mk tidur..
me tidur semalam dlm kul 2 .. pastu ari ni otak & mata macam tak blh nak focus.. nampak screen komp pun mcm blur2... tak blh nak pikir...
tapi ari ni ffl mcm semalam .. dah tapau nasi + sayur + bergedil kentang .. nampak mcm nak jadi menu harian jek tu.. pagi.. ngelat minum perl kacip fatimah (nak kasik boost energy sket sbb tidur lambat bangun awal) |

MK dah lunch kul 1 tadi.. makan nasi kerabu 1/2 dgn daun2 je.. tak
letak lauk pun..
beli taugeh rm 1 dgn sayur acar mentah rm 1 ( timun n nenas ) ..
kenyang sangat ni...
minum pukul 4 lebih karang.. |

tapi sejak dgn ffl ni , energy tu lagi lebih sket..
kalau demam, tak leh cakap lah.. tidur je memanjang...

MK pun memang minat dgn kedai mamak ni.. tapi bila makan
kat sana, mk tak minum teh tarik pun.. air tak minum langsung ( tak
oder pun )
MK makan capati dgn sayur2 diaorang je.. kenyang....
capati tak pe.. jangan roti canai..... bahaya tu....

u ols! nak cite..i start kan ffl since monday...dlm pada tu...i rosak la jugak on wednesday..pasal mlm ada dinner, but i tak campur carbo..but mkn macam2 jenis protein ( ye la buffet,....berbagai2 lauk!), sayur...and bantai abc and air jugak! huhuhuhu!
BUTTTT...i dah turun 2 kg!! heheheh! hari tu after i habis puasa 31 days...berat i was at 57kg..,pas tu cuba buat ffl but asyik kantoi9 memanjang,,,,naik balik ke 59kg,....ada jugak cecah 60kg!!! then bila i start monday baru nu, my weight dah stuck kat 59kg....pagi tadi i weighed myself...walaaa...57kg! next week nak buat lagi,....nk tgk camana!
anyways mk....cheesecake tu so the sedap!!! ni the pics!

malam i selalu avoid mkn heavy..only fruits..bile starving..i apelagi tido cepat2..malas nak manjakan perut dgn heavy foods..then boleh bgn awal for breakfast, |

sis yela..missy try gak nak mixkan sonoma diet yg missy tgh buat skang ngan ffl..stakat ni ngan sonoma da turun 1.5kg dlm 2 weeks..
sonoma still campokan protein + carbo but it's a no no dlm ffl kan..so ingt nak try masukkan ffl dlm my diet..tak ikut sgt la..jz tanak amik protein + carbo dlm 1 mase..
bfast tadi missy makan onion soup..
lunch br ni missy makan roti canai segera sekeping..
n da perap ayam utk dinner ayam bakar + sup sayur..
ok kan? |

like i said b4...tailor ur diet to suit ur needs. try mix and match,,,of course if nak lose weight cepat reduce ur carbo intake....dont 4get to eat ur fresh fruits and vege. mesti makan...if tak makan metabolic turun...tu yg ada org tak makan sgt but weight tak turun2 jugak. bila dah jadi cam tu...kena include exercise. |

kalau sonoma..lunch same ngan dinner ffl kut..40% protein,60% vegetables patutnye..cume ffl takde bg proportion but still protein+vege..cume part bfast n dinner pon lain..dinner sonoma 20% grains,30% protein n 50% vege..so missy nak tuka la makan antare carbo+vege atau protein+vege..tp tak tentukan la mane satu lunch mane satu dinner..should be ok kan.. |

ok...secara rational....amik carbo la masa lunch coz u need he energy...and u have the whole day and nite to burn it off. take protein for dinner coz ur not going to be as active as during the day. carbo ni yg mengemukkan tu. tu yg bila makan nsi malam...mmg payah nak lose weight. |
