tapi kawan2 kate dah kurus sikit dan ada shape....

anyway, sekarang mk bersenam jugak.. hari2 parking kete jauh2... naik tangga...
petang joging 45 minit....

Ahad nih haku nak sopping buah-buahan lerr.....
Nak start on Monday..

Nak tanya yg xpert laa...
Kalau korang blend buat fruit juice tu, korang tapis ke utk minum...?
rasa rugi lak kalau tapis...

Kalau haku start nih membe haku musti gelak sakan...
Selalu kol 11.00 am dah makan nasi kt warung depan tu...
Haku tak kira...
kena buat gak....

hehehhe...thanxx 2 sis yela sbb bg tips2 ni....me dh try n besh sgt....dh ilang dah kg kat bdn ni....n suaq jeans yg ketat kat montot tu pun dh masuk elok muhuhuhuhu(montot besaq btoi):@ :@
me follow apa sis yela ckp but kdg2 t'babas gak...
pg = mkn buah/jus aja....mula2 mmg laa lapar btoi....tp lama2 dh x lapar dh...lunch at 2pm pun me bleyy tahan lg....
lunch = nasik n sayoq/ulam/smbal (follow cara minum sis yela suggest)
nite = protein n vege....me amik tauhu selalu n sumtimes drink soy bean....hehehehe....also follow cra minum 3 jam after meal tu...
1st time buat rsa kmbong ja perott den....but lma2 rsa perot mcm dh kecutt laa plak ahaaahahahaha!!! kempis ja rsa....
n yg besh, if mkn t'lebey pun mcm cpat rsa kenyang....buktinye....smlm gi mkn ngan fmly....bru setengah pinggan ja dh x larat mkn....dulu rsa cm spinggan pun x ckup...
apa2 pun thanxx sgt2 2 sis yela...n hope u can give more tips lg ekk....tq

sayang....i ni betul2 fail jadi ffl sifu! semenjak anak ke 3 ni...aduh...cannot resist food!! pulaknya i byk bake now ni...jadi gila i dibuatnya!

but i dah buat bet dgn my colleague, 1 kg a month until september. so total 5 kg. my new job ni..asyik lunch dgn clients je. asyik makan, makan, makan! so malam i betul2 cut down.

kita cuba la sama2. so jawapan to ur question...i masih gemuk!@!

suka i baca ur posting!

i ni nak kena buat balik..so far morning i ikut. lunch bila tak dgn clients i buat ffl. malam i makan lauk. my problem now..asyik nak berdessert aje!

mesti kurus, mesti kurus, mesti kurus balik!!!!!!!!

nape benang ni lama tenggelam? dah tk aktif berFFL? (aku sendrik lama tak masuk )

awal taun lepas penah try FFL 2 mths...mmg berkesan..ramai tego dah lose weight even aku sendrik tk perasan
tp lpas tu malas pulak...sampai la ke saat ni. camne nk naik balik smgt...tgk benang ni pon sunyi sepi

i rasa guilty sebab dah lama tak activate this thread. sebab i took the easiest way out bila nak lose weight after i got my last baby.

but im no more on reductil. so back to FFl!

today i dah start yoga...nnti i update my experience on this kat thread yoga.

we cam start sharing our daily menu again..bagi ideas kat yg lain on what to eat!

kalo dinner makan chicken sandwich ok tak?
chicken salami (protein) + salad + wholemeal bread<--roti ni sesuai ker
+mayo sket

congrats on becoming the first to ask questions after a long hiatus!! hehheheh!

u can take susu...but must take it on its own. jgn minum dgn roti ke, biscuits ke. treat it as a meal on its own. ur cheddar cheese spread u can use as dressing to ur salad.

ffl ni dia psl food combination. protein and carbo cant be taken together. so better take protein for dinner psl we dont need much energy at night. so take ur salami dgn salad. nak letak mayo skit i rasa no hal..mayo is protein...egg yolk and oil ingredients dia kan.

window shoppng?? ada laju ke jantung tu berlari bila jln2 window shopping? kalau laju pun psl excited tgk brg itu ini, ek?

pagi ni i started the day with a tall glass of plain water. about an hour later, i makan apple sebijik. tak tau nak mkn apa lunch ni...perut cam meragam. semalam perut i besar cam nak meletup..angin ke hapa...memulas2. hari ni mc psl gi toilet tak tau berapa kali dah. nasib dah kuncup perut ni.

pastu i tell u, yoga nya penangan...sakit gila satu badan!! semalam towards the end of the day, sampai rasa nak demam. mmg dah lama sgt tak exercise, semenjak preggy aidan, sampai dia dah setahun, lst saturday baru start. huh...balas dendam tul muscles kat badan ni.

korang mkn apa pagi ni??

yg kita suka...FFL nih x yah pkai ubat ubatan yg memg cik kum x suka.....

tersasar tu perkara biasa!

kita tgh makan slices of orange ni. ingat esok cam nak wat detox aje....mkn fruit and vege aje. tak pernah try, tah la larat ke tak.

this morning breakfast dengan 3 bijik oren yah!
sangat lapar katanyer okeh hahahaha

pastu lunch makan nasik campur sup sayur...still lapar makan ler oats huhu
pastu baru petang tadi buat simple aerobik (30 min)..donlot dari internet
buat tak serius pun,tapi ade la rasa kencang kat my thighs ni
mandi,fresh segar nyaman

dinner jap lagi,plan nak makan ayam campur sup sayur yang masih ada tadi...pastu campur buah kot

masa isnin lepas tu my exercise adalah window shopping...grab new foundation jugak heheheh
