Sotong masak ala thai

BAHAN-BAHAN:
1/2 kg sotong
1 biji bwng besar
4 ulas bawang putih
8 biji cili padi
2 biji limau nipis – perah ambil air. Kulit limau potong dadu
2 sudu besar sos nampla (sos ikan thai)
1 sudu besar gula apung thai (boleh diganti dengan gula pasir/gula melaka)
1 biji tomato – potong dadu
Sedikit daun ketumbar

CARA MEMASAK:
1. Rebus sotong seketika. Ambil sesudu besar air rebusan baki toskan
2. Tumbuk cili padi dan bawang besar ,bwng putih hingga agak halus.
3. Kemudian masukkan air rebusan sotong, gula apung, sos ikan dan perahan air limau nipis bersama kulitnya ke dalam cili tadi. Gaul hingga sebati.
4. Masukkan tomato dan daun ketumbar. Gaul rata.
5. Terpulang pada cita rasa masing-masing sama ada nak gaul sotong bersama sambal cili atau nak tuang sahaja diatas sotong. Asalkan sebati rasa dia, dah ok.
6. Sedia untuk dinikmati.

BISKUT SARANG SEMUT

1 buku butter
1 cawan gula (saya guna 3/4cawan je)
1 cawan tepung custard*
1 cawan tepung jagung*
3 cawan tepung gandum*
1sdk baking powder*
1 sdk esen vanilla
1 biji kuning telur
Papercups
Choc rice
(Ayakkan semua bahan tanda *)

Cara:
1. Pukul butter + gula hingga putih.
2. Masukkan telur & esen vanilla.
3. Masukkan tepung sikit demi sedikit hingga dapat adunan yg sempurna.( kalau lembek tambah lgi tepung)
4. Parutkan adunan dan  masukkan ke dalam papercups.
5. Taburkan choc rice.
6. Bakar suhu 170C 20mins.
