plan sampai paris nx week, ada bajet aprtment dedekat champs x ...nk masak2 dan kalo bagus ada kedai halal....plan nk pi rue cambon gak..ada tips..advise sifu2..

saya sudah ada di paris ni masuk hari ke 3. pengalaman yg menarik dpt jumpa mcm mcm bangsa sini. tempat dia mmg cantik terasa mcm kt dalam set penggambaran setiap masa. kami naik batobus (boat) menyelusuri sungai seini dengan harga 49 euro seorg itu termasuk unlimited ride utk 3 hari sekali naik dgn bus open roof. murah lah sy rasa sbb kalu naik bas shj sehari tanpa naik boat pon dah 30 euro. janji jgn ilang tiket tu je. jadi kepada sesiapa yg ada dekat2 boleh la roger. stay kt timhotel berthier. dkt dgn metro port de clichy. ingt nk ke masjid paris tu. sesiapa tahu nk turun kt stesen mane.

Nak tanya pada otai sini
Kalau kat paris nak shopping, harga dekat price tag tu dah termasuk vat ataupon tidak?
Contoh chanel or LV butik, price kat bag tu dah termasuk vat ke belum?
Mcm kat US, price tag is harga barang, bila kat kaunter nak bayar baru dia charge gst on total amount
Paris pon mcm tu ke?

Fyi, i'm not Otai. Base on my trip dulu...price tu mmg dah masuk VAT. You ckp kat sale person tu yg you nak claim VAT. Ada borang kena isi kat customer service cam tu, then kat Airport nanti you kena get ur receipt stamp by Custom officer camtu then you boleh claim cash or deduction kat CC.

the vat is deducted based on the place we purchase or the airport we depart?
contoh i beli kat paris but i fly back to KL from frankfurt (germany)
germany vat is 19% whereas france is 20%
so nanti i akan dpt refund of 19% ke 20% yer?

tak brapa pasti tapi min purchase utk dpt VAT claim setiap negara tu lain, i.e France Euro175, UK serendah GBP30. Kalo x silap dlm page kat front/middle or rumah lama tu dah ada otai bagi info pasal VAT return neh.

yg tak sure the % refund coz different country different %
so not sure % tax refund based on purchase country or departing airport/country

Assalamualaikum....hai suma...baru balik dari trip London-Ams-Paris
Sampai dari Paris, touch KL Ahad pagi...Paris sgt best utk sightseeing dan shopping..weather cold 3celsius !
Stay di Helzear Champs Elysees Apmt, sgt best! Concierge 24hrs, boleh arrange cab utk ke airport with Eur65.

Dari apmt, jln kaki je pi Arc deTriomphe dan butik LV. Depan LV is metro George V (senang nak pi memana). Belakang apmt ada minimarket yg ada bwg, garlic, halia, brokoli, kentang, carrot....fruits, cereals, bread..memacam. Sebelah apmt ada pharmacy. WIFI laju. Ada lift. During winter 4.30pm dah maghrib dan start gelap. kul 6pm perut ku dah lapar..haha so as my kids..kui3..

LV situ quite long q jg. LV close at 8pm while Chanel Rue Cambon at 7pm. LV tu walopon claimed tutup at 8pm, kalo kita baru nak q, by 7.30pm dia dah x allow q if ramai dh q luar pintu tu. So paling lmbat pi la awal sejam before 8pm, kang merana cam i....huhu...
To go around Paris, sy amik 2days metro Eur17.65, if kid Eur8.80. Boleh jg amik 1d or 3days.

So far, alhamdulillah even jln mlm naik metro pon ok. Sy ke Rue Cambon by metro sensorang pon ok around 7.30pm. Dari metro George V, turun ke metro Concorde and walk along St. Honore, lalu Longchamps, Tom Ford and etc.
Nak pi La Valle, at George V boleh beli tics RER ke stn Val Europe, 40 mins ride on RER.
Di La Valle, expect long q kat Ralph Laurent, Timberland, UGG, Burberry, Hugo Boss and opkos Longchamps. So far kat Longchamps, Le Pliage large long handle ada kaler oren, pink peach, blue and off white Eur52. Medium is Eur45 x silap.

On Christmas, kedai tutup, so kami jln2 ke Arc de Triomphe, Eiffel dan Louvre.
If balik Mesia ikut Paris CDG, pi sopping kat duty free shops situ. Ada byk brands, if Terminal 1 ada Longchamps, Burberry, Salvatore, Gucci, Bvlgari..also ada chocs, perfume, cosmetics..etc. Chanel ada kat Terminal 2. Sapa minat Longchamps, ada Neo crossbody kaler pink, navy, merah and black Eur118 tax free.
So i bought few and telah mempengaruh few mesian yg same fight beli jgk..kui3. Btw, Neo kat Ox St. London is GBP130 and kaler Bilberry ada kat situ. Emerald as usual x ado.

Yg x best kat epot CDG is, sistem scanner hand luggage diorg x detail. so they will kuar kan brg dari beg2 hand luggage korang satu2, every single compartment beg..zip... agak leceh dan lmbat la..kena bukak kasut suma bagai...so better sampai awal di epot utk VAT stamping dan check-in.

Malaysians travelling to France for tourism and business purposes do notneed a visa for a stay less than three months. However, for visit and stay withrelatives or friends in France, travellers are required to present to theFrench Immigration at the point of entry the following documents:

i)           ‘Lettre de Hebergement’ (letter of Resident) from family or relative issuedby the ‘Mairie’ (Mayor’s Office).

ii)             Proof of sufficient money (credit card/cash). Cash of 30 Euros perday for duration of stay in France.

iii)            Travel Insurance

iv)        Full address, telephone number and copy of Identity Card of the familyor relative in France

Children below the age of 18 years (minors) travellingunaccompanied to France must produce the above document together with a letterfrom parent/guardian specifying information and address and telephone number ofthe family/relative who will be receiving the minor.

  2.   MALAYSIANS TRAVELLING TO FRANCE FOR TOURISM AND BUSINESS PURPOSES FOR LESSTHAN THREE MONTHS

While Malaysians do not need a visa for tourist andbusiness purposes of less than three months, it is strongly encouraged though,to bring along the following documents:

i)               Confirmation of hotel booking

ii)             Travel Insurance

Nak tanyela otai2 kat sini, boleh ke travel insurance yg I purchase masa beli MAS ticket tu digunakan di Paris?

I akan repeat Paris in April.. dah book utk stay kat small apt di Republique area.. Dekat canal st Martin.. book through Air bnb dlm EUro229 utk 3 org.. book pun sbb review bagus(kununnya la)..janji leh masak skit2 goreng telur + ada wifi.. tu pun dah kira ok..kali ni akan stay 2 mlm b4 keBrussels & Amsterdam.. plan nak shopping di outlets Brussel sahaja memandangkan exchange rate pound yg agal mahal skrg..
about the new regulations, my sister pun dok sibuk tag I di fb.. so France dah lebih particular maybe ramai yg masuk then ghaib kut.. esp yg travel alone dan claim nak stay dgn relative.

mane lagik best experience nye?btw,blh recommend website sy nk beli hop on hop off package skali ngn eiffel atau cruise x?nk amik package je ingat senang sikit.ha bab cruise pun confuse,sama ada nak bercruise kat paris atau london atau amsterdam nanti.

kalau saya kan, saya pilih HOHO Paris sbb bgn cantik2 dan surrounding romantik tu byk foto nak snap. London pd saya agak boring. Saya naik underground jer london ni.

Nak beli tiket eiffel murah, u masuk kat website dia dan cari date & time nk naik...mana tau klaau ada lagi space available....ni the cheapest option kot kalau nak naik eiffel. otherwise kena beli dgn travel agent la walaupun online. Tak pasti kalau ada eiffel tower, HOHO dan cruise sekaligus, tapi HOHO & cruise together tu ada.

thanks sis.sy pun actually prefer paris gak sbb bunyik gaya metro mcm xberapa nak safe je kat paris tu.

london sy beli oyster card je lah.cruise tu masih xleh decide mane nak naik.susah2 haku bercruise kat tasik the mines je lah
