RGV Ki Aag media conference with Mauj Email this article

Mumbai: At a glittering star-studded event, Mauj, the flagship brand of People Infocom Pvt. Ltd officially announced their tie up with two of Bollywood's best-known names -- Ram Gopal Verma and Adlabs Films -- for the mobile content of 'Ram Gopal Varma Ki Aag'. Along with Ram Gopal Varma, the maker of the film, Bollywood superstar Amitabh Bachchan, actors Ajay Devgan, Sushmita Sen, Prashant Raj and Nisha Kothari were among those who graced the occasion.
At the event, Mauj unveiled the exciting mobile content it has developed which allows mobile users to select content, download ringtones, wallpapers and screenshots of the movies as curtain raisers to the upcoming hit.
Amitabh Bachchan, speaking on the occasion said, 'RGV Ki Aag' is highly special to me and essaying the role of Babban has
been a challenge. I hope that the character of Babban will form a long lasting impression in the minds of the audience, and
the products and content developed by Mauj will go a long way in helping keep Babban alive in the collective consciousness of
India. My personal favourite ringtone would have to be the 'Mehbooba Video Ringtone'. The Bollywood stalwart added, It's
encouraging seeing how the industry is evolving due to its openness to the latest technology.
Event was held at the JW Marriott, Juhu, Mumbai on Tuesday night. Also present were Anupam Mittal, CMD People Group, Manoj Dawane, CEO - People Infocom (MAUJ), Prashant Raj, Sushant Singh and others.

Mumbai: The premiere of Michael Bay's Tranformers saw a mix of Television and Fashion celebrities grace the occasion and watch the sci-fi flick which is produced by Steven Spielberg. Pooja Mishra was at her glamourous best as she posed with the movie poster. Ayub Khan and Niharika came with their kids and munched popcorn throughout the premiere. Others present included Suchitra who came with her hubby Lars, Ila Arun and Bhavna Balsaver.
The premiere was held at the PVR Multiplex, Juhu on tuesday night.

The film starring Salman Khan and Ali Larter in the lead is produced by Willard Carroll, Charles Salmon and Tom Wilhite. Music is Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy. Mumbai: The cast of Sanjay Gupta's Dus Kahaniyaan shot for a promotional video at Cinevistaa Studio in Mumbai today. Dus Kahaniyaan consists of ten short stories which are directed by 6 ace directors. The promotional video was shot on the title song and saw Anupam Kher, Sunil Shetty and others dance on a fully lighted stage with other dancers.
The shoot took place at Cinevistaas Studio, Powai on thursday afternoon

Mumbai: It was the perfect setting at Fame In Orbit mall, Malad for the meet and greet with Riteish Deshmukh with his fans and the NGO, a purple Ribbon project by Fame Cinemas.
The livewire compere kick started the event with on the spot contests with the kids, the biggest fan club of Ritiesh. The winners were given CDs and cassettes of the film HEYY BABYY'. The lovable character of Riteish's 'Eddy the Teddy', from the film HEYY BABYY was introduced with a man in the costume of EDDY THE TEDDY meeting and greeting everyone.
Incidentally Riteish Deshmukh plays the character of Eddy the Teddy, a party organizer for kids, based in Sydney. The kids gathered there even participated in an impromptu dance competition. And when Riteish Deshmukh and Sajid Khan walked in, the response was just overwhelming. Sajid Khan then took over the mike and introduced the film HEYY BABYY, as Riteish Deshmukh hugged 'Eddy the Teddy'.
It was followed by Riteish and Sajid Khan mingling with the NGO kids as they joked and sang along. Ritiesh gelled with them big time and also did a dance gig with them. The sparkle in their eyes spoke a lot of the great time they had.
It was a Fun Event !!

Mumbai: Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan launched a book on himself - 'King Of Bollywood: Shah Rukh Khan And The Seductive World Of Indian Cinema' - written by the national award winner author Anupama Chopra. Several celebrities including Vidhu Vinod Chopra, Jackie Shroff, Karan Johar, Dia Mirza and Rajkumar Hirani graced the function held at the Taj Lands End.
The celebration had a reading session in which Karan Johar and RajKumar Hirani read some interesting excerpts from the book, in an ambience reminiscent of a library, with Radio Mirchi India's hottest radio station for company. Om Books International released the book in association with Radio Mirchi.
