lagi nak tanya..normally for buttercream u all guna butter jenis apa yer? buttercupdan sewaktu dgnnya atau pure butter cam anchor tu? taste wise camner?

i selalunya BC ni guna buttercup..baking mostly anchor laa..tapi terfikirnak guna anchor gak for BC..sedap eh? boleh campur krimwell? ku notice kalau tak campur krimwell nanti dia yelowish sket dan kena guna banyak banyak icing sugar..

anchor tak pernah pakai........ i don't like rasa anchor masa buat biskut dan kek dulu, lagi pun mudah cair kalau simpan di luar......

Kalau wat butter krim saya campo margerin planta dgn krimwell n shortening...
sbb kalu guna butter...or lepa susu (buttercup,farmcow dll)...butterkrim jadik lembik skit...sbb these butter kan tak tahan suhu panas.......

tp tak pernah lagi plak guna pure butter yg dalam tin tu......yg Golden Maid tu..yg tu pure butter tp tahan suhu skit laa....sbb takyah simpan kat peti ais kan....

cupkek elmo tu x de warna hitam..daku guna kek buat mata ngan mulut elmo

h aah kan boleh guna pure butter yg dalam tin tu..saya pun actually nak cuba replace krimwell dgn margerine..and half butter..kena bereksperimen dulu..nnti dah buat saya war war kan kat sini yaa...

citer pasal kaler hitam ni..2 hari lepas saya try la buat..choc bc campur black coloring..mmg jadi dark cuma tak jadi ebbetul black..

kek weekend lepas
kek dan cuppies hantaran tunang anak buah kawan



adik kawan minta buatkan kek btk hati tp tak jumpa loyang btk hati yg kecik..so,kita trim kek bulat,nasib mjadi..1st time
buat steam buttercream dan buat bunga dr mashmallow fondant guna plunger made in china. ni 1st time jugak pure butter utk buttercream,mmg tak menyenangkan hati ..tekstur buttercreamnya cam nak mencair
