U exercise x? I pernah a few times turun naik berat. Yg i notice bdn i mmg kne masukkan senaman. I dah xboleh buat atkin, i akn rasa loya n nk muntah. I rela xmkn dri buat atkin. Mmg respect sape mmpu atkin

Klau u lapa after exercise, tuka waktu mkn. I buat OMAD, mkn after exercise. Sb i tau after workout confirm i akn lapa gila

Suku suku separuh tu ok sgt..
Boleh je makan.
Dh biasa makan banyak kurangkan la. Kata nak diet.
Mana ada org makan banyak boleh kuruskan badan. Kecuali u rajin exercise.
Kawan i kurus dia makan banyak dan dia akan exercise untuk burn semua yg dia makan. Semua yaaaa

i pun from January ni dah start diet suku2 separuh..

I pun jenis badan angin..
I buat IF tp breakfast tu i cheat dgn minum pisang blend dgn anggur.
Alhamdulillah menjelang lunch perut i tak masuk angin/ gastrik.

Kwn i dulu suka minum milo 3 in 1.
Dia stop minum, turun 5kg dlm sebulan.
Biasanya coach tak bg makan benda2 tu untuk jimat kalori.
Kalau dah pagi ko makan nasi lemak, sanggup ke berlapar sampai ke mlm sbb kalori dh banyak spend pagi tu.

yeah lets rock if togeder!now tgh jam ke-19.rs mcm boleh je lajak ke 20jam ni.

pakai apps LIFE ni lagi jadi motivate diri sungguh.sbb die tulis time bile body kita start ketosis, and burn fat.ala2 motivation gitu.nyah kau lemak tepu.kah kah kah.

i x exercise pun,sebab baru recover dari patah kaki.xberani lagi.harap jalan ke lrt stesen pegi balik keje je la.

hoho takut gile sbb my mom mmg on insulin pun.ade history diabetes mak,makcik2.n i dulu gila boba n kek.kek tu my weakness.lps mkn nasi msti nk mkn mende manis(pastu gemuk nak salahkan keturunan).now dah 4 bulan kot i cut sugar slowly sbb takut la.air manis stop terus.kek ade la jamah sikit2 kalau mengidam teruk sgt je.alhamdulillah last medical checkup bln 12,glucose level normal je.maybe sbb i dh start cut sugar sejak bln 10.

atkins i buat ms bujang dulu.serius mmg cepat kurus.tapi perlu determination tinggi gila.desperate sbb nak kawen masa tu.tp atkins boring dan leceh.nak kire carbs la,nak prepare meal la.makan telur,ayam sampai lama2 nk muntah tgk lauk je.byk sgt restriction,rs tak bebas.

lagi2 ms sugar withdrawal syndrom mula2 tu,rs nak marah orang je,effect ketosis die mmg kaw kaw.intermitten fasting ni ade juge ketosis,tapi x teruk sgt effect die sbb masih boleh amik carbs kan.
