Sesiapa pernah minum susu kurus SD2 (Slim Diet II)..sila bagi pendapat sikit

rasa SD2 yg lama dgn Alpha lipid SD2 yg baru nie serupa ke atau ada beza?

Dulu pernah try SD2...turun 3kg dlm 1 minggu pastu tak continue dan makan pun tak disiplin...skrg naik balik. Rasa nak continue la.....

Tapi betul ke kalau minum SD2 nie tak boleh minum susu soya ? Ingat nak campur....boring kan asyik minum perisa yg sama

iol baru ambik SD II ni, kira ari ni ari ke-3... cabaran dia.. perghhh.. mmg kena kuat semangat..
ape yg iol mkn - scramble egg/telur rebus/chicken sausage/sup sawi/ayam goreng/udang goreng/sate/fatt choy goreng oyster <--- ni sume menu sabtu & ahad

eh.. lupe.. iol minum SD II 3 x sehari...
tp start ari ni.. nak minum 4 x sehari pulak...

timbang belum? ade penurunan x?? i try sehari trn 300gram..huhu..tp penjagaan makanan tu nauzubillah..perlukan kekentalan jiwa dan mental..hahah... i mkn telur jeeeeeee.....huhu... tp stop hari ke 2 sebab peot plak..x pe..nnt i try balik dan tgk seminggu mcm ne... tp susu ni nasib leh tahan lapar..so xde la nk mengunyah je keje nye...

dgr nye ade yg campur dgn aiskrim vanila..huhu..tp memang bosan la rasa nye..hahah...kena tutup hidung kalo dh sampai tahap muak..huhu

my hubby pun minum gak sd2 versi lama.. da 3tin, same je keboroian nye
nk kate mkn nasi xde, tp breakfast mmg wajib la die amik.. klu mkn roti pun mmg xeh eh? coz besenye my hubby mkn subway 4 breakfast..tghari die mkn ayam@ikan@sayur.. mmg ratah je.. mlm plak besenyer i gorengkn nuget or rebus sausage.. xtau la ade penurunan ke x, xtimbang pun, tp g kena cari baju size bsar ade la..

itu la kn.. rasa mcm lg byk plak belanja diet sd2 ni.. bg ai la.. mayb org lain suke la kot leh mkn kepsi n mcD, but kitorg xmampu nk ngadap tu selalu.. telur yg beli sepapan tahn sebuln pun, da kena beli 2 papan.. mayb cara mkn hubby yg xkena kot..

    sd2 nih boleh diambil sebagai ganti minuman lain..sambil makan lauk sambil minum sd2...tambah air kosong jer...lagi kenyang

    alsd2 datang bersama formula hebat..diet atkins hanya bergantung pada solid food yg berprotein tinggi tanpa serat..tak sama   
    ramai pengamal diet atkins mengaku tersilap congak bila derang amik alsd2...

menu smlm..
pagi: scramble eggs
lunch: ikan bakar/sawi/tauhu/jagung <-- yg ni x sure blh mkn ke tak, tp iol belasah sbb dia bukan kategori buah-buahan (ayat sedapkan hati )
dinner: sotong grg kunyit/salad (lettuce/carrot/tauhu/bawang + sos thousand island)

ooo.. iol pon exercise gak.. 50 min...

   tukar corak pemakanan...no more makanan di proses sebab kandungan sodium yg tinggi menganggu hormon.

amik solid food shj spt ayam, daging, sotong, ikan, sayur, telor, cendawan, tauhu etc. camana nak dimasak dgn solid food tu pandai pandai.

cara masak tak kesah goreng rebus panggang bakar semua boleh. sayur main peranan utama ganti nasi cthnyer kobis yg dihiris halus ditumis dgn ikan bilis tauhu dan kucai sedikit garam.

buah tak boleh makan sebab buahan tinggi karbo dan gula.
