    i tak pasti tpt lain mcmana...di tpt i...byran cuma RM30.00 termasuk daftar & ahli...next RM20.00..utk personal trainer ia bergantung pada berapa bulan u nak...contoh 3month..200++ setiap bulan..apa yg perlu dibuat hanya akn diketahui selepas ada berapa saringan ujian...ia bertujuan utk melihat apa yg sesuai dgn body & jantung..

salt water flush tu detox pakai air garam yg masin gile .... hehehehe .... masin tahap air laut yg kena minum smp 1liter ... tp yg bagusnya sejam lps tu akan buang semua yg ada dlm perut ni ... smp xde apa nk keluar dh ... mcm cirit dkt 10 kali pegi toilet tp x rasa sakit perut pn .. dia mcm nk kuar trus je .... leh tgk kat tread detox sendiri ...



sy minum x smp 1 liter pn tu yg x detox abis smlm .. hehehe

   memang laa mahal..tapi ia berkesan coz apa yg disyorkan sesuai dgn body kita..i lebih prefer guna equipment gym je..insyallah hari ni i pegi survey2..lau ok end month i join...i ceta kan u ok!

Saya kawal makan sama je...nasi skali sehari (1/2 senduk)...lebih makan lauk2...air manis (kopi/nescafe/oren) 3 hari skali baru bleh minum....kalo lapo tengah2 malam sya bancuh milo/vico kosong je...malam makan area kul 8..minum air kosong 3L sehari... kira sama la mcm minggu2 yang lepas. Yang bezanya sebab kali ni saya rajin workout dekat gym tiap2 hari (isnin - jumaat)....kalo mula2 join dulu mampu burn <200 kalori dalam 3km je now dah bleh burn 540kal dalam 6.5 km sehari...plus dengan weight lifting la..memang terasa fitness dah makin ok...kejar anak pun skrang rilek je tak macam dulu semput setengah jalan...muscle dh timbul kat lengan niha...cik suami pun kalah...haha.. ...tido dh takde dengkur2 manja dah..
workout skrang sya naik Elliptical je...dah malas naik basikal dah...smalam buat 25 minit...burn 540kal dekat 6.53km...best sebab tangan pun bekerja jugak...

hi..hi..hi all..sorry ya rina sgtlah bz sampai lupa nk update...bz sampai tahap kene bawak keje balik umah nk siap stay up sampai sok pagi demi nk siapkan keje....uuuu..buat keje sambil nangis last 2 weeks ni....jumaat pg lepas, settle je hantar srs, ptg balik awal..trus tdo...sampai sabtu..adek balik umah pun xsedar..tau2 jam dh pukul 2 ptg(adui...asar+maghrib+isyak+subuh) tah pi mana tah....mmg badan lemah..haha....tp rina susah..klo stress..mmg kuat MAKAN..adui..so ahad tuh rina naik turun tangga...sakit gak kaki....


oklah..rina dh beli timbang baru...berat rina kini adalah : 81.5.
