There are few new restaurants surround my office in KL, just like the Old Hong Kong Kitchen at Imbi area. I planned to try one by one whenever possible and recently I just visited the other...
The Delicious at Jalan Tun Razak.
Thisis the newest branch out of the other 3 around Klang Valley. One atBangsar Village II, 1U and at The Marc Residence. I chose JTR branchsimply because it's new and nearer to The Marc branch, also itsconvenience to get car park, just a RM3 per entry and you have theoption to park right in front of the elevator, or RM8 for the valetservice.

Thesetup is very nice and the atmosphere was quite relaxing and peaceful,suitable for small group chit chat or a romantic dinner for two.
Now, the food...
Homemade Pesto Spaghettini, not bad but not outstanding.
The Roasted Duck Red Curry set.
The duck curry above and the pomelo salad...
Likethe pasta, the curry tasted ok but not outstanding. However, the duckwas really bad, certainly it's from the fridge. Imagine you were eatinga 3-day old KFC chicken! Yes, it's that bad! It stunk! I did notcomplain though, I was rushing back to office for a night conference,couldn't afford to wait for a replacement.
You can check out the price and menu here.I guess the restaurant is good at western food as few colleagues hadtried, so pastas or burgers should taste worth the price you pay.Likewise, the desserts should be of the same standard...
But,I would suggest to think twice if to order food under DeliEast section(in the menu), like my Rotten Duck Red Curry, opps, Roasted Duck RedCurry. Anyhow, there must be a reason for its establishment of 4branches, so I will give a second try on other stuff in the menu beforeI conclude the food quality of this restaurant, this time I might justbe an unfortunate one.

Skng Sweet Chatz ada promotion tuk set lunch tau, semalam den gi, tp den minum air ngan makan bubur chacha je, maklumlah berdiet, den temankan family den makan jek, haha..  mak den makan spegetti smoke chicken, skali rasa spegetthi ala2 masal lemak ok, kuahnya daging salai masak lemak, ada masa den update gambar, abah den makan mee kari laksa, dia kata leh tahan sedap, rm10 je set tu, ada 8 pilihan, ngan tea ice dan bubur.. |

This is one of my favorite cafe in town! So, I gave the fullsupport to ah shin when she suggested that we should have our dinnertalk at DELIcious, Dua Residency (Jalan Tun Razak). Ah Shin, my bf andI arrived around 8p.m and it was full house. After waiting for awhile,we only managed to get a table for us in the smoking area and we leftby no choice as there were party going on in Delicious with more peopleare walking in for table!
Well, ah ting and our Mr. TJY only arrived after we got the table andthey were curious why we were sitting in the smoking area as non of ussmoke! However, we just couldn't be bother so much as we craved fortheir food so much! Ah Shin and I couldn't wait for the desserts andAffogato session after our main courses so we skipped the soup andappetizer.
Here we go,
Aglio Olio RM15
Spinach spaghetti serve with chicken RM19 (spaghetti) + RM7 (added grilled chickens)
All time favourite as it is always so tasty! Paid extra RM7 to add grilled chickens. It came with cheese as well!
Sirlion Steak with two sidelines RM56
Rated as above average steak for cafe!
Fish and Chips RM30 -
OMG! Fish & chips loversmust try this scrumptious fish & chips! The fish fillets wassatisfying and it was so thick! The fries reached me when it was stillwarm! Just nice to serve!
Seriously Delicious Burger RM25
Ratedas really 'seriously' delicious! We was laughing at the name of thissteak burger and when it arrived us, I was shocked that the steak wasso THICK!
Their desserts never fail us! It was around RM38 for these 3 desserts! We shared it for the sake of Affogato!

Their smoothies are really smooth and super rich in Aroma. I wanted tohave Peanuts Butter smoothies but too bad that they sold out of it.Mango smoothies and Orea Smoothies RM11 each (forgot to take pictures)

Attention Please! Coffee lovers or Affogato lovers, try it or you regret!
Affogato RM 8
Ah Shin burst out in sudden before this arrive, ' I am not going to share!'. After she sipped once,
she was like yelling, 'Su, thisAffogato is so damn nice (as i told her should try affogato since shegot back from UK)!' And she left me a comment on FB that she started tomiss this Affogato! Gonna go for it more frequent! Both of us enjoyedthis lovely affogato so much! The coffee itself has strong aroma withclear taste and the portion of the ice cream was just nice! The firstsip of it, we got the strong aroma of hot coffee then we got the warmmixture of coffee with ice cream and lastly, the chilling ice cream!
Total bill for the night : RM 276 for 5 people.
(Expensive? No! Totally worth it, they are seriously Delicious!)

Tp memang konsep dia ala2 hi tea, segala bapak datuk kuih ada, bubur, mee2 kari laksa semua tu, spgetti tu dulu x de pon, baru2 ni je ada, den suke cucur durian, pebret tu, dulu manager dia penah keje kat TM tu, tp berenti masuk keje jd manager kat SC kat MidV tu, tetia kali den pegi dapat discount 15-30%,, |
