BISKUT SUSU KACANG PEAS

Bahan-bahan :

A
130g gula isingmana2 bg yg kurg manis gule perang bagus
150gm serbuk kacang peas

B
50g cawan susu tepung
50 gm tepung jagung
1 sb minyak sapi
2 sb salted pure butter
ayak kan

C
200 gm tpung gandum cap ros
1 sk baking powder

D
minyak jagung secukup nya

cara nya
satukan C dgn bahan A dan B
ramas kan sampai jd mcm serbuk roti
masuk kan D
minyak jagung td sikit2 smbil menguli smpai jd doh lembut..
Ikut lembut adunan boleh diterap xbederai kalau bederai minyak xcukup
Utk sapuan
Kuning telur + pewarna kuning
serbuk kacang peas
sapu kuning telur sket letak kacang boleh,xletak pon boleh atau tabur serbuk kacang peas td pon boleh
bakar suhu 170 masa 25 mnt ini begantung oven masing2

Bilis kacang goreng pedas

Bhn²
2 cwn bilis goreng
2 cwn kacang tanah goreng
2 senduk cili kisar
1cwn minyak
1 cwn gula
1 biji limau nipis(di ambil airnya)
Sedikit garam
Sedikit daun kari.
Bawang goreng ikut suka nk taruk ke tak.

Cara²
Panaskan kuali.msukkan minyak.tumis cili kisar Smpai pecah minyak.masukkan daun kari.masukkan gula.kacau rata.masukkan garam dan air limau.bila dah didih dan pecah myk masukkan bilis dan kacang yg dah digoreng td.tutup api dan kacau rata.siap.
P/s:jgn masukkan air.resepi ni x guna air ye.klau guna air bilis akan lembik.dan cepat lemau.resepi ni rapuh dan kriuk² dan tahan lama
