alamak maxi cab tu i tak sure baper sbb tak penah naik...
tapi org yg g sana kalau beramai2 slalu naik maxi cab tu sbb jimat sket...
so kalau kos dia roughly $70 naik 5 org ok laa kan..? *ni my estimation jer but the real harga i dunno sorry...
anyway, tak susah pun nak pegi msia hall tu..
turun bas, carik train g flinders pastu turun train carik tram pulak...
takder kena tukar byk2 kali pun...
but i know u must feel it's a bit exhausting with ur luggage and all but then baru laa adventure hehe...
i hari tu jalan jer from southern cross to flinders with my backpack & all sbb masa tu train g flinders xde sbb easter holiday  |

ermmmmm i doubt it would be that cheap...
cabs in aussie are pretty pricey...
but u can ask sis redsinner on this, am sure she knows the rate better  |

kalo nak check your journey buleh check kat sini:
Taxi fare estimator. i calculated dari Airport ke Hall = $67.00. taxi fare starts at $6.10
kalo naik Skybus lak, bayaran seorang:
$16.00 one-way tapi kalo beli return dari airport $26.00 and valid for 3 months.
Skybus journey is from Domestic Arrival terminal to Southern Cross station.
pastu beli metcard sbb buleh valid for train, tram + bus for certain period. let say we buy 2-hours metcard, thats $4.00 for 2 hours. dari Southern Cross naik train pegi FLinders station (1 station jer).
buleh plan your travel here: Viclink Journey planner.
pastu kuar Flinders station and tunggu tram on St Kilda Rd/Swanston St side. naik tram no6 - ke Glen Iris. turun kat stop 27 or 28 sbb kene jalan about 50m gak both ways.
so comparison for both method: taxi = $67.00 (door to door service one way dari airport ke Malaysian Hall)
public transport = $30.00 sorang (including return shuttle to airport) so dua org = $60.00

ni nk tnya lagi pasal bwak barang makan ni pun satu hal...better i tak yah bawak langsung ke makanan (like biskut, coklat or cikedis) atau sbenarnye boleh bawak tp leceh sikit kene soal2?
i nye flight KL to Melbourne then terus ke Sydney plak..
I dok risau kalau makanan lepas kt Melbourne airport then terkandas kat Sydney airport pulak..sia sia ke tong sampah gak makanan2 tu...

to me, xperlu pun bawak bende2 tuh. heheh but thats me sbb i malas nak beratur then nak bukak beg then nak susun barang balik. macam *tut*. tp if u must bring food, i'd rekemen bawak byk then asingkan dlm kotak lain so that bile declare, bukak kotak tu sahaja. takyahla nak bukak luggage etc..etc.. LECEH! pastu lak ada passengers lain belakangtu usha kita kelam kabut nak pack balik. iishhh, u can imagine lah scenario dia.
so dari Melbourne ke Sydney tu domestic kan? kalo domestic tak check sgt pun. maybe just random checking jer. kalo transit mmg kene ler. if u dpt pasport nyer stamp kat melbourne then oklah.
so bile trip? heheh
p.s: jangan lupa baca Viclink nyer website, getting your head around the city with public transport.
p.s.s: pastu kalo naik Skybus, dia akan kasi some discount vouchers utk some tourist attraction so u can use that for sightseeing. |

how long will u stay kat msia hall tu..??
as for food, i suggest u tak perlu laa bawak...
unless u mmg tak kisah derang nak check ur luggage...
haz aritu declare medicine jer pun kena tanya banyak from the imi officer...
but they were very nice & didn't even check the medicines...
cuma abis segala tiket balik etc derang nak tgk huhu.. |

i got mine for $122 return tix aritu...naik tiger airways...just that tiger ni sometimes can be quite unreliable..
my flight to sydney was cancelled but they replaced the flight with virgin blue...
flight back to melbourne was ok...
u can check tiger airways & jetstar...these 2 airlines quite cheap compared to virgin...
but virgin pun sometimes ader offer gak... |

Thanks Haz & Redsinner utk info yg tersangat lah berguna, I rsa mcm mmg tknk bawak langsung makanan tp my friend ni ckp bawak laa ckit utk alas perut just in case, tp i rasa mmg akan sumbat dlm beg lain aarrr..takkan sekali kan dgn luggage isi baju semua.
i punya trip 10 - 29 March nii, (sebulan lebih lg) first 4days kat Sydney, balance kat Melbourne...
I stay kat Msia Hall utk 5 hari! Wohooo!
ittnry dh siap, tinggal nk buat ETA ngn beli insurans jee...
Skrg ni tgh dok shopping baju nk pakai kat sana, belum apa2 duit dah terbang byak kat cni! haahaha. |

aritu nyaris jer anjing tu nak dtg dekat bag haz...
masa tu dah terbayang nak kena samak bags bila balik nanti huhu...
