Saya cuma guna tepung & air je. Kemudian perap for 1 hr baru canai. Kadang saya goreng mcm bhatura & kadang goreng dgn sedikit mentega saja. Sedap makan dgn kari daging or kari ayam. Kalau nak naan tu tambah sedap, saya bubuh crushed garlic & sedikit garam.

Saya memang minat Indian food. Janji ada depan mata. Paling suka masakan palak paneer makan mixed fruits naan.

Kalau di Swak, budu dia ada 2 version. Satu diaorg guna fresh ikan bilis & memang tak diblend mcm budu. Kitaorg panggil rusip. Org2 Cina pun suka makan. Kalau org2 kampung pulak esp. org Melayu buat budu guna sejenis ikan & kadang guna ikan kembung. Yg ni pun tak diblender sampai hancur. Bila nak makan, ikan ni dihiris2 bubuh cili merah, hirisan bawang besar & perahan air limau. Kalau saya goreng je lah. Sedap makan dgn nasi panas2. Both ways memang diperap dgn garam saja.

Ni dia rupa budu Swak yg diperbuat dr. fresh anchovies & boleh nampak ikan bilis tu kan..

I pernah tgk macamana cay ya nun alif tu buat kicap. Dlm tv ke dlm apa. Mmg banyak 'extra' ingredients dia. Loya tekak tengok.

Kat sini I guna kicap kipas udang (harap2 bersihlah pembuatannye) dan kikoman. Maybe Jepun ni bersih sikit tak.

Tadi sebelum gi tgk circus, I buat churros. Malas nak buat choc sauce dia, kitaorg makan ngan cinamon sugar je.

Sape pernah try and test Betty Crocker Bake'n Fill Cake Pan? I beli bukan main lama lagi, dok dalam store 3 tahun...hari ni teringin nak guna. Tapi siksa betul nak jumpa good recipe dia kat Internet. Yang ada cuma limited recipe that came with the pans. If any of you pernah try, let me know okay. Especially the tips.

Ikan tongkol tu tuna. Actually ikan tongkol ada 2 jenis. Satu yg isi putih & satu yg tgh2nya warna merah. Bila masak jadi warna hitam. Tuna dlm tin tu jenis tongkol isi putih.

I dulu pun gitu. Camera banyak sangat dia punya function. Lepas tu manual malas lak baca. Bila tgk kat tv, baru lah pandai. I ingat kalau benda2 gini selalu kat tv, semua pun kita buat. Sbbnye malas nak baca.
