kalau buat rose/flower kena guna buttercream yang stiff
bubuh shortening banyak sikit dengan gula icing
tapi kalau dah namanya shortening tu, memang rasa kureengg..

Katak, nisyam guna icing sugar yg beli kt kedai bakery je. if nak lagi licin better guna golden syrup. tapi nisyam x brp suka, sbb rasanye kurang sikit banding dgn icing sugar. tapi kena maku sure deco atas kek tu cover bhgn yg x rata tu . Harap dpt membantu.

semlm plan nak buat kek kartun utk anak buah..
tetiba lak kek patah adoi...
dah dkt time berbuka masa tu..
mana sempat nak buat lain..
last2 potong kecik2 n masukkan dlm bekas cupcakes..
so jdla cupcakes yg comot n letak je ape yg ade..

saya suka gak makan cake-cupcake yg icing berpasir sikit..sikit la takde la kasar terus! eheh..

saya baru tau pasal gula redmen ni..mana nak beli yer? customer tak suka yg bersair nak yg smooth...

baru2 ni saya cuba resepi bc baru..selau saya guna gula aising..kali ni saya guna yg letak gula icing sikit jer tapi guna susu pekat..

ni haaa:

ICING Source : Chef Norzailina
Ingredients :
125g krimwell
125g butter
100g condensed milk
40g icing sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla essence

Method :
Beat the above ingredients till white and fluffy. Ready to use.


mmg tak berpasir dan tak manis sgt...tapi rasa dia tak milky buttery aaahhh..the way i like it...icing ni sebijik rasa cam kek yg kita beli kat kedai bakery kecik2 tu..sesuai aa deco..cuma tak menepati citarasa..

org dh cuba resipi BC ni...Mmg tak berpasir and rasenye pon tak baper manis. Org tak guna sukatan gram2 tu...org guna sukatan by cawan. 1st try trus jd...best..best...

1 cwn butter
1 cwn shortening
6 sb susu pekat manis
1 sk Perisa butter (klu de, klu xde x yah pon x pe)
1 sk perisa vanila

pukul shortening 2 3 minit. Then masukkan butter, pukul smp sebati. Masukkan susu pekat, perisa butter dan vanilla. Pukul sampai semo bahan sebati. Siap diguna...

Aduan ni, buleh diguna utk wat roses. Bley ejas klu nk rase lebeh buttery, lebihkan butter, kurangkan shortening. Ikut ske. Kurang manis dan menjimatkan kos.
