Saya tak berapa suka budu seekor2 ni tapi actually sedap. Budu dr. Kelantan pun sedap ttp sini tak ada jual. Budu Swak je ada. Kalau budu ikan besar seekor2 tu ada tapi di kampung2 je ada jual. Jarang jumpa di Kuching. Dah masam air liur.

this week tak rajin masak. Kalau masak pun ala kadar je. Ada time mkn sandwich je.


Cucur bawang ngan jagung


Bubur nasi org sakit


Buttered rice with corn, ayam percik n acar darat


Tuna sarnie, cucumber n avocado

Ayam percik

Bahan-bahan:
Se ekor ayam, dipotong

Diblend *
* 4 biji bawang besar
* 2 inci halia
* 2-6 ulas bawang putih
* 3 batang serai (I pakai 2 sudu besar serai dlm tube)
* Sedikit cili (dlm 8 -15 btg cili mesin)

1 kotak kecik santan Kara (santan yg dlm kotak segera tu)
Daun limau purut dan daun kunyit (I tak pakai daun kunyit sbb tak de)
Sedikit air (agak2 je, supaya ayam tu bagai nak tengelam2)
1 asam keping
Garam dan gula secukup rasa


Directions:
Cara-cara:
1. Masukkan bahan yg diblend dan santan, air  kedalam kuali. Jgn lupa dikacau kacau supaya tak melekat dan sampai agak2 nak boiling.
2. Masukkan ayam. Di gaul ngan kuah dan jgn lupa kacau sampai mendidih Letakkan perasa secukup rasa. Masak jgn terlampau kering.
3*. Bila nampak setengah masak angkat ayam dan letak dlm baking tin dan bakar pada suhu 200 deg C. Sementara itu,biarkan kuah tadi masak supaya pekat sedikit.
4. Bakar ayam sampai nampak garing. Jgn lupa sekali sekali sapu2 kuah kat ayam
6. Bila kuah agak pekat, angkat dari dapur dan hidangkan sebagai sauce utk ayam panggang tadi.

* Selalunye dkt rumah ni, I masak ayam sampai nak masak sikit. Letakkan dlm griller dan grill ayam mcm kat atas panggang. I sapu2kan extra kuah atas ayam. Jgn lupa terbalik2 kan. Cara gini nmpk ayam tu mcm ayam panggang.

Rasanye lebih kurang rasa ayam percik ayamas. My husband punya favorite ayam panggang masa kat Msia. Sampai kat sini jenoh cari resipi.

long, banyaknya makanan... terjegil biji mata!! sedapnya kuih muih traditional tuh, tak yah susah susah balik kg. kat houston pun berlambak! ada lompat tikam ekk...

tiba tiba rasa nak makan wajik...

tak pernah lagi long beli budu kat sini..bukan aper bai..tak ada orang makan satu..satu lagi bila tengok botol2 budu tu..nampak macam stok2 lama jer..tak meyakinkan..mostly dtg dr Thailand & Vietnam..
