Saya rajin le sikit kalau ada permintaan or suggestion.... bersemangat nak masak. Kalau tak ada tu tak sangat rajin nya... banyak sangat vitamin malas.

Saya guna dslr nikon D80. Ada digital senang, one can take as many pictures as they want. BUT...at the end of they day.. whatever kind of camera one is using, the person who takes the pictures makes the difference.

Setuju 100%. Dulu suka ambik gambar. Sekarang dah malas. Kalau masakan dah siap, malas nak snap gambar. For my churros, I've to snap some pics.

Mmg betul Bai. Lebih kurang ngan creme puff. cuma yg ni goreng je. Rasa dia tak de lah lemak2 gitu. Churros ni sedap bila dimakan masa dia baru2 digoreng. Bila dah sejok dia lembik sikit. Masa I buat tu, sambil goreng, sambil makan. so bila dah siap buat semangkuk dan suruh hubby n anak2 makan, kita cakap tak pe lah, you all makan je lah. Padahal perut ni dah kenyang siap2.

Saya pun rasa mcm tu jugak. Mesti churros ni sedap makan panas2 kan. Makna kena sediakan choc cream tu terlebih dulu. Yalah kalau dah menggoreng sambil makan, mana boleh miss dunk dlm choc cream. Mestilah yg tukang buat tu makan dulu kan. Biasalah kalau buat cucur udang kering goreng, memang goreng sambil makan.

BTW, korang kat overseas sana tak teringin ke nak makan nasi kerabu/ulam? Saya confuse dgn nasi kerabu/nasi ulam.

Ni yg saya buat tak berapa lama dulu.


Tambah sedap makan dgn telur ikan terubuk masak lemak.


Saya bantai je daun2 yg emak saya tanam. Buat serunding kelapa parut udang kering, sambal belacan goreng & hirisan bawang.

Satu lagi - tak teringin ke nak makan tempoyak goreng?


lilo & eyzlyn, jgn lupa tacang saya w/p korang terliur mengidam tak boleh makan sebab tak jumpa kat sana.

I minat gak ngan nasi ni. Kat tmpt tinggal I dulu kat Subang Jaya, ada satu warong jual nasi kerabu ni. Kena beratur panjang. Yg selalunye org jual tu style Kelantan kan. Tapi my aunty dulu ada gak buat nasi kerabu ni. Kalau tak silap org Selangor panggil Nasi Ulam. Bezanye, maybe style Selangor tak makan ngan budu lah. Tak silap letak ikan masin ke apa.

Sis Mallan and Sis Baiduri.

My mom from Kedah.Dia panggil nasi ulam dan dimakan dengan sayur keladi.Kuah mcm laksa kedah.

So yummy...cuma keladi I tak suka sebab so soft.

Kuah keladi tu kalau masak asam sedap mkn ngan ambuyat. Maybe Bai tau apa ambuyat tu. Org Brunei suka makan ambuyat ni. Diperbuat dari tpg sagu. Texture mcm glue...

inilah kepok lekorku yg haram tak sedap.. nak buat kepok lekor kena buat ikan fresh. frozen kalu, perut terburai ka mmg rasa hancoq.. aku try pakai tepung jagung... rasa ada tp tak best pasai ikan rasa macam t@$i

buat siksa aku siang kulit sib baik plat baik hati buat pic by pic kalau tak mmg satu plastik ikan aku buang
