klu x silap kat page blkg ada penerangan psl teknik steam bc ni...sy pernah buat..bancuh bc mcm biasa pastu double boil bc tu hingga cair tp jgn berminyak..agak2 nampak berminyak aje keluarkan dr air panas pastu kacau bc sampai cair dan licin...

Teknik steam bc ni masih hangat di pasaran.. utk akak sendiri, akak tak minat teknik ni, sebab messy sgt. Maleh nak membasuh semua peralatan tu.. teknik pun kena practice, part goncang tu, supaya kena semua permukaan kek. hai k.min...sy mmg tiru bulat2 cara teknik ni dr blog k.min tu..hehehe..tp sy x guna bekas plastik..guna periuk bertangkai so senang nk angkat bila tgk bc tu mula berminyak...cuma bc sy sket sgt sbb tu x full semua kek..next time sy kene bancuh byk2 sket br penuh sebijik kek....t.kasih buat k.min:pompom:  yg share teknik sebenar steam bc ni..klu k.min x buat step by step dlm blog tu mmg sampai sudah sy x tau...

ada tak sapa2 tau kat mana leh dapat/beli bunga sejambak dr fondant or gum paste tuk letak atas kek, nak buat sendiri tak pandai. ada dengar kat bagus ada jual tp mana la tau kot2 ada yg homemade punya... tq

salam sume..selama nie shya silent reader..suka kek n hias2 tapi blum berkesempatan nk wat..shya ada 1 prob..shya nk bertunang 28hb nie..mak tempah kek kat mmber opis dia..kek tue mmg sedap tp xde deko pape..cuma ada coklat rice..shya nk minta pendapat sifu2 kat sini..cmne nk cntikkan lg kek tue n nk tulis sumthing kat kek?nk tulis pkai buttercream ke?nk minta resepi yg simple..tq ye..

pakai any buttercream resepi utk tulis, consistensy yg thin, or add sikit piping gel, kalau tulisan x cantik, tempah edible print, tampal ajer kat kek....nak cantikkan lagi, pergi pastry pro kat www.pastrypro.com.my, banyak jual choc decoration spt choc curl. or cucuk dgn 1 jambangan bunga...make sure kek tu x bawa jalan jauh, sbb x tahu macammana frosting choc yg dipakai oleh org yg buat kek u tu, kalau jenis ganache low cost, senang melt

saya guna resepi yusnina tp saya tambah 1 sudu butter dlm whipping cream

300-400 gm cooking chocolate - potong kecil2
100 gm whipping cream

Panaskan cream hingga mendidih (sebentar saja).  Angkat.  Masukkan chocolate tu dan kacau hingga cair semuanya.  Kalau x cukup pekat, tambah lagi cooking chocolate tu....until consistency dia jadi agak berat.  Biar sebentar - then baru tuang atas kek - goyang2 sikit board tu (kalau pakai board), kalau pakai wire rack tu terus tuang je....tp nina malas nak angkat pulak atas board, so terus tuang je....lepas tu kemaskan le....kalau nak lagi tebal, biarkan first coating tu sejuk sikit, tuang sekali lagi.  Baki ganache tu boleh buat bunga, tp susah sikit sbb coklat mudah lembik
