Kek Pelangi Karamel

Bahan-bahan :
Gula Karamel :
2 sudu besar gula,

Puding :
2 biji telur gred A,
1 cawan susu pekat,
1 cawan susu cair,
1 sudu besar esen vanilla.
Apam Susu Pelangi :
3 biji telur *,
½ cawan gula *,
1 sudu besar ovalatte *,
1 sudu kecil esen vanilla *.
1 ½ cawan tepung gandum,
1 sudu kecil baking powder,
5 sudu besar susu pekat,
5 sudu besar susu cair@segar,
Pewarna.

Cara-cara :
Mula-mula buat gula karamel. Gula dicairkan dalam loyang 8 inch. Biar sampai keperang-perangan. Sejukkan dan ketepikan dahulu.
Seterusnya satukan kesemua bahan puding. Pukul sebati dan tapis ke dalam loyang gula karamel tadi. (kalau saiz loyang besar lagi dan tebal tambah saja kuantiti telur, susu cair dan pekat ikut kreatif masing-nasing).
Kukus selama 20-25 minit. (Tips agar tidak berair ialah tutup bahagian atas loyang dengan aluminium foil supaya uap tidak menitik).
Mix bahan apam sampai gebu.
Ayak tepung gandum dan baking powder.
Jika adunan sudah kembang, masukkan susu pekat.
Pukul sebati lepas itu matikan mixer.
Masukkan tepung selang seli dengan susu cair @ segar.
Jika sudah siap adunan, bahagikan kepada 3 bahagian dan letak warna yang anda minat.
Jika sudah letak warna terus tuangkan ke atas puding yang sudah dikukus tadi, selang selikan.
Jangan penuh sangat nanti tidak ada ruang untuk dia kembang. (So, yang baki tadi boleh ambil loyang saiz 5 inch dan dapat kek pelangi lagi sebiji).
Balut semula dengan aluminium foil dan kukus semula 30 minit dengan api sederhana.
Siap. Lagi best kalau makan sejuk-sejuk. Masukkan dalam peti ais dulu.
