~Interview~ Interviewer: Today we are in a famous coffee shop in Korea to visit our special guest. Let’s welcome Kim Jong Kook! Kim Jong Kook: Hello everyone, I am Kim Jong Kook. Happy to meet everyone.
Interviewer: You participated in a drama that is very popular, which is Producer. Can you briefly introduce to us your role in the drama? Kim Jong Kook: My role is a producer at a broadcasting station, a role that he does not want to work hard to be promoted but using sweet talks to others in hopes to get promoted.
Interviewer: I realised there are two things that left me with a deep impressions towards Koreans. One, is that they love to exercise and two, is that Korea has many coffee shops.I want to ask if you drink coffee often? Kim Jong Kook: I don’t usually drink coffee. But when I am really tired during work outs I would drink iced americano (without sugar or milk), and with the caffeine it really helps to keep the fatigue away. When I am tired and I have to work out, I would drink a little but usually I won’t drink coffee.
Interviewer: Okay, so it’s just nice that we are in a coffee shop interviewing you. I don’t know if it is possible but can you make us a cup of coffee on the spot? The coffee that suits your taste. Kim Jong Kook: Alright, because I have never made coffee before, so this is a chance for me to try and make a cup. Interviewer: That’s great, because we really want to see you in there doing what kind of coffee. Please go over there, this way.
Interviewer: Okay our handsome barista is all ready. I am curious to know if the coffee is nice to drink or not. Kim Jong Kook: Firstly, to save time… OK… the timing is very important… (he takes too much ice to fit the cup) it will be okay if I take out right? Interviewer: Lesser, lesser Kim Jong Kook: And then water… ah, to show the camera… and then put this (coffee) in Interviewer: What you are doing is iced americano which is much simpler and also fitting in Kim Jong Kook’s dining lifestyle, so he did iced americano today.
