yup..just like what u mentioned there's rumours that SP Setia wants to buy I&
not only I& but also Pelangi Bhd ( developer kt area JB) and Petaling Garden Bhd(area PJ)
3 developer ni under PNB...
and PNB pun ada share dlm SP Setia ni..sebab tu SP Setia nak beli untuk tingkatkan lg jualan dan boleh dapat sokongan kewangan daripada kerajaan.
i think this is a positive moves...not because I& tu teruk..
i'm not an expert on this issues..just share apa yg i terbaca dalam paper pasal ni.
and...All these are my personal opinion, feel free to ponders on them.

kakyong,

dah p sign S&P seri bangi dak sabtu lepas?
saya signed dah...pas nie tunggu dorang stamping pastu nak apply EPF..
lawyer dtg opis glomac bangi last weekend..
developer kata show unit nanti available kalau nak usha...
kitanye type B tatau le dah siap ke lom..
ari tu saya p tgk type A dah wujud le show unit..
pendek je umahnye..hehehe 22 x 70 kan...x leh letak high expectation sgt..
tapi finishing nampak oklah..not bad..

mana ada umah yang tak naik.... hehehehh cuma banyak atau sikit aje yang membezakan...  apa yang diorang nak buat dengan simpang kat komuter tue.. kelam kelibut aje.....

I pun dah beli rumah kat kawasan kajang nie.. tapi kat area kajang bypass tu.
Area saujana impian. Ade phase baru bukak.
Yang i amik Teres 2 tingkat 370k (30 x 55).
Sekarang dah ade lagi 2 phase bukak, tapi semua semi-D, mahal sangat ( 600k-800k)
Tapi tempat nie mmg best ler, tengah2 antara tesco ngan giant.
Lepas2, rumah yang i baru beli, btol2 atas bukit sebelah padang golf..Bukak pintu nampak
padang golf.
Doa, jgn ade bola golf melayang dah lah.. Dah 50% siap.. bagus gak nie...

Sabtu nie nak tgk progress, skrg tgh duk kat are Sri Damansara..

umah now ni design dia makin pendek kan..?
mcm umah u 30*55....
porch kat depan for sure tolak 15 kaki then balance 40kaki utk ruang umah...
dekat sgt jarak antara living & dapo...tapi agak lebar la ruang dalaman...

mana lebih ok ya..?
lebar ruang dlm tapi pendek jarak antara ruang @ ruang dlm yg ordinary (20 - 22 kaki) tapi jarak antara ruang agak panjang (70 - 75 kaki)..?

kalau aku better cam 24x70.. macam kat seri putra tue... lebar dan panjang.. kalau  30 x 55 tue cam kotak sikit lah.... tapi still ok... berbanding 18x60 di kajang perdana tue hehhehe

Haah.. Mmy cam pendek sket i rase. Tapi i amik sbb dia lebar jer..
Byk tingkap.. Dapur lebih lebar skit. Ingat nak letak island nanti.
Tapi rumah nie ade 4  bedroom ngan 3 bathroom jer..

aku ader jumpa umah 25*55...jenis cluster...satu umah belah 4...
semua umah ada tanah tepi sket dlm 5 kaki...tapi takde pintu dapo mean dapo bersambung antara umah..

pintu dapo dia konsider pintu tepi belen 5 kaki tu la...tingkap dapo pun tak der...sadis tak paten umah cam ni..?

now ni byk jugak umah paten cluster ni...apa opinion korang..?

kat bukit mahkota ada umah semiD cluster.. Dulu nyaris nak beli.. tapi pikirkan dapur kecik dan takleh xtend.. tak jadik beli...

umah cluster nie ada pro n con.. nak kata semiD tanah tepi just 5 kaki aje.. tapi tak priivacy sangat sebab org sebelah leh nampak kita kalau bukak pintu tepi.. kalau nak tutup aje.. baik beli teres.. lagie.. langsir dan grill banyak nak pakai hehehhe

bagusnya... masih ada ruang bercucuk tanam.. kalau umah teres sekarang semuanya dah di tilenya..

bukit mahkota ni tak tau value nyer.. still murah kot. tp bdr seri putra makin mahal rumah2 nyer..

i suke semi d cluster tu, ada ruang tepi n depan. taklah sempit . ada space nak beriadah, letak buaian, waterfall gitu hahahah n berkebun serba skit. ada space skit la , tak rapat2 walapon umah takde la besar sgt. dapur tu bole extend ke tepi, but buat masa ni, fmly kecik lg, so tak pk naK renovate

kakyong pun dah pg sign s&p last week..
showhouse tu rasanya dia buat utk type A jer...
tapi ada dua unit satu yg standard/basic unit and lg 1 yg upgrade unit..
dia ada bg spec utk yg upgrade unit tu masa kakyong pg glomac haritu..
bezanya tingkap dia tinted..pastu tile kt living room pun beza..ada lg lah..
org glomac ckp dia akan hantar spec utk upgrade unit tu nanti kt sumer buyer..plus invitation for the showhouse..
tapi kena tambah rm23k kalau nak...
